Fransheska served us daily at the pool and along with the weather may just have been the highlight of our brief stay. The room met the Marriot high standard and we can't wait to visit Puerto Rico again, everyone was welcoming and extraordinarily kind.
Hi , from the moment we checked in on 9th Aug to the moment we checked out on the 19th all the staff made us feel special . At the bar I must give a special mention to Javier . He was very attentive to everyone , remembered what everyone was drinking and nothing was ever to much trouble for him. Another mention was to Valeria who would wait on people sitting away from the bar . She also always had a smile on her face , wry attentive and nothing was ever too much trouble for her . Javier and Valeria would always mention places to visit in Puerto Rico and where like a local tourist guide. I cannot thank both of them enough for making us feel so welcome and both are a credit to the Sheraton organisation Regards Ian

We spent 9 days at the Sheraton Hotel in mid-January, 2023. What a great escape from the Minnesota weather! .All of the staff we dealt with were excellent -the porters, front desk, Choice Restaurant, lobby bar, shuttle drivers,and pool bar area. They were everything you could ask for on vacation - very friendly, professional and helpful in all respects. Dagie and Marbin at the pool bar and restaurant treated us like old friends! The hotel provided a free shuttle to Old San Juan and to Escambron Beach which was an appreciated extra since we didn't want to rent or drive a car. The location next to Distrito T Mobile was great since it gave us easy access to many additional restaurants and entertainment. In short, we loved it and recommend it highly!
Great service throughout from check-in with Genesis, to the Bonvoy Elite Club with Gabriela and all the folks at Metropole and the cafe. I tried the mafongo at their recommendation, and it was delicious. I will return to this hotel.
I booked a stay here as a Christmas gift for my husband. Back in December when I booked the hotel, I added a note that we needed 2 cribs (one for our son who is 4 months old and another for our foster daughter who is 8 months old). I called to follow up and the person I spoke with told me that we needed to switch to a king room to fit both cribs. I said “ok” and she said she’d add it to the notes. I called back again to make sure it was ok, and they confirmed it was in the notes. When I checked in, I told the staff member. I said I didn’t mind staying in a double room if both cribs fit and she said she thought it would be fine. The room itself was great but the cribs weren’t there. I kept calling and asking. About an hour and a half after we checked in, they dropped off 1 crib. I called guest services 3 more times to request the 2nd crib and I spoke with housekeeping. Then 3 hours after check in when I called a 4th time the staff member told me that none of the rooms at the hotel can have 2 cribs because of fire code. I completely respect the hotel following safety codes but I’m very upset that it took over 6 exchanges with staff before we found this out and that we weren’t told before we checked in. We would have switched to a hotel that could fit our family. Earlier in our trip we stayed at El Convento, where I also requested 2 cribs. The cribs were brought to the room right away. It’s just a major disappointment that we have to have our baby sleep in a bed with us, which isn’t at all safe, because no one could tell us about this rule until 3 hours after check in. If it weren’t for this issue, I’d give the hotel 5 stars. It is a very nice property with great amenities. It’s just really frustrating that this happened and I expect more from a luxury property.…
I have stayed at this location twice in the last six weeks. The staff at the District Lounge and Sushi Bar is by far the best! Hira, Natalia, Javier, Eric, Bryant, Abdel, and Sylvamarie have made this second trip outstanding! Hira and Natalia are the friendliest, most caring servers in the business. Javier makes the best drinks in the Bldg! I highly recommend visiting the team. Oh and the sushi is the best!! I cannot say enough about how great this team is! We spend a lot of the day in meetings, and to come down and interact with pleasant people is really helpful! This crew is the best!
In my vacation from January 25 to 27 2023. I would like to thank Bianca Beaz for excellent attention and service in the pool area at Sheraton Puerto Rico hotel & casino in San Juan. She is very friendly. She made us feel special. This hotel is excellent and is very beautiful. It has a beautiful scenery. Will go again.
Great hotel. Best pool bar/cafe ever. Latin tacos were amazing. Bianca couldn’t have been more friendly or professional. Fun live music. Nice little extras like grab n go with specialty coffees. Great experience overall!
This hotel had some of the most delicious and affordable food ate during our time in PR. The Pool Bar is a must - the atmosphere is so much fun, and the service is phenomenal. We had three different servers; Bianca, Gabriel and Jesus. All three were so much fun and made our trip so enjoyable.
