This hotel is another of the wonderful old buildings in Old San Juan. For Americans, the rooms are very small but the service is very good. The elevator is pretty slow but I was glad to have it! The rooftop lounging is awesome. One side has bathtubs with cool water! And, it's a very good location.

Really cool room, lobby and location. Lots of great restaurants and cafes close by. The staff are amazing and helpful. It is within walking distance of historical sites or you can just hang at a cafe with coffee or beer.

We stayed here for two nights (before and after departing SJU for a cruise). Staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We love hotels with a lot of character, and this one definitely has that! You can store your luggage in their back room before and after arrival which is helpful. The lobby is cute with a lot of character, and...

Recently stayed at Casa Blanca Hotel for 2 nights before a cruise. The location is perfect! The staff was great!. The rooms are very small as this is a older hotel. They have a restaurant/bar that was not operational because they were changing management but it looked like it would be great for a drink and a bite to eat...

Lovely boutique hotel in the middle of all the 'action'. Comfortable bed, free wifi and quirky reception areas make this a real gem. However, the friendly and helpful staff are this hotel's greatest asset - nothing is too much trouble for them. Recommended.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel right on Fortaleza Street. I would have given them 5 stars if not because of their elevator not working properly at the time we were there. Since we were on the 4th floor and my 80 year old mother cannot go up and down the stairs, we always had to request a staff to...

What a gem in the middle of a charming city. If you like boutique hotels with charm… This is the hotel for you. The rooms were clean and charming very simple yet with style. We had a balcony that overlooks the streets of San Juan. The staff are wonderful and Juan was extremely helpful. We will definitely be back.

We stayed three nights in 5C. The room was tiny, but there was a lovely seating area just outside our room. The rooftop has old tubs which you can fill to relax in (bring a bathing suit). The other side of the rooftop had seating which we used multiple times to lounge in. But the best thing about this hotel...

This small hotel is tastefully decorated with Casablanca theme. Located in heart of Old San Juan, it is ideal for traveler who likes to explore and wander by foot. The front desk staff was always helpful and pleasant. In particular, I enjoed Miguel, mark and Cynthia. We had largest room in hotel, a double queen, and because we were there...

We stayed here for two nights. It is located in the heart of San Juan and close to all the sights and night life. Staff was super friendly. The room itself is basic but decent. The only downfalls were the no from the hallway (you could here through the door) and the bathroom. There was 0 counter space, which made...
