This was our last night in Puerto Rico. Tres Palmer was walking distance to some good restaurants. The room was small, but very comfortable. The pool, also small, but very enjoyable. There was a rooftop hot tub- but we did not go in. The breakfast (included) was lovely and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was very easy...

A website glitch booked us into a deluxe apartment in this hotel when what we needed were two rooms for our party of 6. Since the hotel was then completely booked, the hotel was contacted to cancel the reservation explaining to the manager that we could not fit in one room and that we tried to book two rooms but...

We came up at an unfortunate time when most of San Juan and the surrounding area lost water. That was totally out of the hotel's control, but once we regained water, our shower was broken and as we talked to the front desk it took them two days to get hot water. Apparently it was a problem they already knew...

We ended our stay 10 day visit to Puerto Rico, at Tres Palmas. It really is a nice little Inn... We had booked 2 nights with them, coming from Luquilla Sunrise Inn. March 9th, 10th and we left the 11th. Tres Palmas sits on the beach and is really nicely put together. It presents well. The beach across the street...

Oh my, sandybeaches. It certainly has been one of those long weeks when we have so much out of our control but I am so thankful that you left this thoughtful and informative review. I am so sorry that you had to be here for not only the wind storm that took out the surrounding power lines but also the...

Pretty cool guest house. Has small pool, hot tub in roof top terrace and within walking distance of a sand beach at Ocean Park Beach. Can't beat the view as ocean directly across a 2 lane road from the Inn. Not much sand there to sit at but doable at low tide. Ocean was pretty rough there the days we...

Hi Suzanne, Thank you for the constructive criticism. I will bring up the issues you had about dust bunnies with our housekeeping staff. Our Ocean View Suite has high ceilings so we may need to take some time to do a thorough cleaning up there. We appreciate the time you took to give us feedback. Warm Regards, Maria V

My wife and I and our two boys stayed at this hotel in February 2017. Room was plenty big for the 4 of us with a separate bedroom, Queen size pull out couch and a good sized kitchen. We used the small pool and the Jacuzzi (on the roof) and enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. Staff was very friendly.

Hello John and Sunshine, I'm so glad you liked your room and enjoyed our facilities. How great is it to look at the ocean from the jacuzzi upstairs?! I love it! Hope to see you again, Maria V.

This small guesthouse next to the beach is very cosy and relaxing. Consisting of cosy areas with hammocks, furnitures, jacouzzi and a very small pool. The rooms are clean, everything is there but rooms are not large. Breakfast is included but simple. Restaurants and shops in the area. I would recommend

As a PR metropolitan area resident, we head to Rincon every chance we get. Stayed this weekend at Lemon House @ Tres Palmas: PARADISE. Cozy, relaxing cottage. Beautifully decorated. Fully equiped. Walking distance to beach with snorkling reefs, swiming pools, private BarBQ. Mega clean. Highly recommend.

Small friendly hotel right opposite a narrow stretch of beach but within 5 minutes walk of an excellent wide, sandy beach. Situated in a quiet residential area. OK, the Inn could do with a little upgrading but still worth 5 stars. All the rooms opened onto a courtyard type setting. Continental style Breakfast was taken on a covered outdoor area....
