My wife and I and our two boys stayed at this hotel in February 2017. Room was plenty big for the 4 of us with a separate bedroom, Queen size pull out couch and a good sized kitchen. We used the small pool and the Jacuzzi (on the roof) and enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. Staff was very friendly.

Hello John and Sunshine, I'm so glad you liked your room and enjoyed our facilities. How great is it to look at the ocean from the jacuzzi upstairs?! I love it! Hope to see you again, Maria V.

This small guesthouse next to the beach is very cosy and relaxing. Consisting of cosy areas with hammocks, furnitures, jacouzzi and a very small pool. The rooms are clean, everything is there but rooms are not large. Breakfast is included but simple. Restaurants and shops in the area. I would recommend

As a PR metropolitan area resident, we head to Rincon every chance we get. Stayed this weekend at Lemon House @ Tres Palmas: PARADISE. Cozy, relaxing cottage. Beautifully decorated. Fully equiped. Walking distance to beach with snorkling reefs, swiming pools, private BarBQ. Mega clean. Highly recommend.

Small friendly hotel right opposite a narrow stretch of beach but within 5 minutes walk of an excellent wide, sandy beach. Situated in a quiet residential area. OK, the Inn could do with a little upgrading but still worth 5 stars. All the rooms opened onto a courtyard type setting. Continental style Breakfast was taken on a covered outdoor area....

I used to live in Puerto Rico for graduate school and Im surprised my room was clean and didn't look old. The customer service was good. The breakfast could have been better. The spacing and shelves in room helped. We hung our wet swim clothes outside like other visitors. There are hammocks, towels and chairs for rent, and beach sport...

The room was super tiny and the pool did not seem clean. But, for around $100 in Puerto Rico within a few steps to the beach, it was alright. It was a night after a cruise. So, I guess that it was good enough for one night not anyore than one.

We stayed her one night pre cruise.the small room was clean, bed comfy and the view from the deck awesome. A couple mins walk we found a chicken place Aztec Chicken with great mofungo. Breakfast was adequate. Taxi was quick to arrive but was mad that we had to go to the far pier. We would stay here again.

I actually enjoyed my stay here. The property was VERY well taken care of and the staff was very informative and helpful. The hotel was steps from the beach, the only thing was the pool is tiny and it was dirty looking so we decided to just stay at the beach. They had continental breakfast which wasn't much but it...

We stayed here the night before a cruise and then returned after cruise for 4 additional nights. The beds are very comfortable with a good mattress, pillows and linens. Rooms are basic, sparsely furnished but clean. Windows can be opened to allow fresh air if you like but rooms are equipped with newer air conditioners as well. Very quiet and...

Tres Palmas is a great place to stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located across the beach, and within walking distance from bars, restaurants and the park. My family and I were able to go for our morning jog. The room is decorated nicely, and very neat. Continental breakfast is available, which makes it extra special....
