Nice comfortable Hotel to use as a base for exploring Old San Juan. The rooms are modern, quiet and very clean. Great security. The staff is most helpful and supplied umbrellas on the day it rained. Only steps from the Carnival Cruise Port and within easy walking distance to all of the historic sites of Old San Juan. Fantastic Burgers... More

Spent two nights here before our cruise. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and location to trolleys of Old San Juan excellent. Disappointed that breakfast was not included which cost us $14 each for continental and $25 for full breakfast. The wait staff was prompt, friendly and informative. Casino in lobby is only one in old San Juan so crowded... More

Stayed here with a group of girlfriends as well as the Intercontinental. Agreed that the Casino is small, but the location is fantastic. The door staff were the best. Always willing to provide recommendations and directions (we liked walking a lot). By the end of the trip I feel like I was going to miss them just as much as... More

We chose this hotel because of its location close to the cruise pier from which we were supposed to depart on our Caribbean cruise. We literally could have walked across the street to board the ship. Being an older building, the hotel lacks some amenities of newer facilities, but its location is its chief asset. You don't have to take... More

Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your experience with us here. Glad you enjoyed your stay and Old San Juan. Indeed everything is just walking distance at this location. Restaurant also has plenty of menu items for breakfast besides the Buffet. We hope you felt much better and enjoyed your cruise during the reminder of your vacation. More

Loved staying here. Staff are great. Willing to direct you anywhere and make great recommendations. Location is great. Easy access to everything. Rooms are great as well. Pool is small but its a roof top pool with amazing views so cant complain. Casino is in the hotel so late after hours activity although it closes at 4am.

This hotel is in a great location of Old San Juan. The free shuttle bus that takes you all around Old San Juan is right around the corner. It runs from 7:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. and will take you to multiple sights throughout the city. The hotel is a little pricey but it is safe and clean and the... More

The Sheraton is a great hotel for those in a cruise vacation. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff wonderful. A secret "happy hour" every day was a must do. A few steps to Old San Juan, the forts and cruise ship piers
