Went with spouse and friends to San Juan PR. The hotel was very nice, and this staff was amazing. Drinks and food at the hotel are very expensive like most restaurants near the ocean. The room was very clean and recently updated. Valet Park it's only $5 more than self parking. Make sure you have cash on hand for tipping. There's a convenient grocery store right across the street to pick up anything you forgot at home and pick up alcohol, snacks or other necessities. The hotel is not on the beach. But it's a couple blocks from the beach and they have a shuttle service that'll will take you there and provide beach chairs. Try to get an upper level floor so that you're away from all the noise from below.

Hotel's Favourite
We really like this hotel for its location when we go to the city, but most of all for the staff that is always supportive, attentive and make the most out of the experience. Hotel is clean, super cozy and the rooms are just perfect for a family of 3! Front desk staff is great. Have to mention Christian who greets you upon arrival and always goes above and beyond. Alejandro at the restaurant was great as well and made everything to help us during breakfast. Not our first time there and it sure won’t be our last!

We had many great experiences at this hotel. It’s a Hilton so as one would expect, it’s clean and well maintained, everything you need. We spent a week there and I can’t wait to go back. The staff was AMAZING! Jaziel and Margareta at the front desk were friendly faces that offered support when asked and had great recommendations for activities in the area. Will at the bar makes an great Mojito! He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area and the history of the community. He made everyone feel welcome. Pablo and Stephany were great servers in the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful. The guys at the concierge outside drove me to and from the beach everyday with smiles and small talk, making me feel safe and well cared for while by myself. Overall, every staff member I came into contact with was friendly and happy. Love the beach access with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The pool was great too. It’s been an awesome experience, highly recommended for those who wanna relax and be spoiled. The service was outstanding from checking in at the front desk to all others. I was extremely pleased with the personality and support of Pablo, our service personnel, at the Cafe Pierre breakfast! He was a great listener and provided outstanding support by answering questions and providing suggestions. His pleasant attitude was an excellent!

The overall stay at the doubletree was a great experience. I enjoyed the intire vacation it was the best experience I could of had. I definitely look forward to my next visit to San Juan to explore more things.

Chose this Hotel for an extra night in San Juan after our cruise. This hotel was the best. Very Clean and the staff was excellent. Had a shuttle to the Beach with chairs, Umbrellas & Towels. The pool and Hot tub area was clean. All the grounds we very clean. The cafe was a great bonus. The room was so clean & comfortable. Plenty of towels. Smiles on everyone. Just a Great experience all way around. A must stay!
