Bed was nice . Plenty of channels. That does not begin to compensate for the overall oddness or or rudeness I incurred while staying there. They make up rules as they go along. Depending on how they perceived you . I guess. For the money...More
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was beyond amazing! Happy hour specials made me extremely happy. I could have spent the whole time at the bar! Rooms were very clean. Even though the hotel was great, the beach was dirty and not what I...More

Hotel first, no luck then call the credit card call company and tell them about the situation, if you made reservations through Expedia/or other website, call as soon as possible. Throw as big of a fit if killing them with kindness doesn't work. Cheaper hotels, you should never expect much, but take a chance, some of the most expensive hotels (5 stars) we have stayed in were dumps and had wonderful reviews. We have had the best times at the nastiest hotels/ hostels all over the world, with rotten reviews. Go with the travel Gods and drink lots of rum to numb your sorrows if you are stuck there and it is TRULY a horrible experience, make the best out of it.
