I stayed in Casa Castellana in May 2013 and plan to return there if at all possible. The property is on a calm residential street near the very bustling strip in Condado's tourist friendly neighborhood. The room was clean and the service was nothing short of stellar. Both Natalia and her daughter Nina were informative and happy to recommend places...

We began searching for a place to stay in San Juan, planned around a bachelor party that would last almost an entire week... We were a sizable group and looking for a place where we could have a home base in a central location to all of the activities of San Juan in addition to group day trips. This was...

Natalia is one of the best b&b hosts I have ever dealt with! From the beginning she kept us up to date w/emails way ahead of our trip, even sending us info on things to do. We arrived at 12:30 am and she was their to greet us. My husband felt hungry at that time & she let us know...

We knew were going to have a wonderful experience at Casa Castellana B&B from the first day we contacted the owner Natalia about availability for the Labor day weekend. You could feel her warmth through the phone. She was very helpful and emailed us tons of information. Each email was followed up with a call. My wife and I were...

The personal care given by the owner Natalia and her daughter Nina really sets Casa Castellana apart. Prior to arrival we received several emails with information about day trips, car rentals, directions to the inn, etc. During our 5 day stay Natalia was always available and again helpful with directions, taxis, maps, directions, etc. Our return flight home was later...

The online reservation process was easy and the owners communicated with us several times sending lists of things to do, tour group contacts, maps for the taxi driver and other info that really helped us to get a feel for the B&B and the area. We got in late and arrived at the Casa Castellana in the rain but Nina...

We recently traveled to San Juan for our 20th wedding anniversary and stayed at Casa Castellana for four nights, which proved to be one of the highlights of our trip. Location was good, the room was lovely, breakfast was delicious each and every morning and our hosts were fabulous. Absolutely loved the 3rd story terrace where breakfast was served each...

I just returned from a couples trip to San Juan. We stayed at Casa Castellana for five nights and I couldn't have been happier with the choice. Natalia and Nina were so sweet and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was consistently tasty and they were accommodating of our dietary restrictions. We recently spent several days at Casa Castellana. Every day was a delight! Natale and Nina were gracious hosts who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Natale gave us advice on day excursions, restaurants and even taxi drivers (shout out to Pedro I and Pedro II!) that was spot on. Our advice is to spend the...
