Rooms were nice and clean, walking distance from all restaurants and shopping areas. Staff was welcoming and always available. Girls at front desk gave us a map and circled all the go to places...very helpful! I highly recommend 👍

We booked the Cervantes for a one night stay prior to departing on a cruise as this hotel is located right in the Old San Juan district and two blocks from the pier. (However, my mistake was that this pier is where CARNIVAL cruises depart from). If you are taking a Royal Caribbean cruise, those ships depart from the Candado...

We booked this room as we were really impressed with the Location and the description of the fantastic rooms. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Location was absolutely superb, especially if you travelling to a cruise, with the main cruise terminal only 3-4 minutes walking distance, and the whole Old San Juan only few minutes away. The room was...

We booked this hotel almost a year ago. They just canceled 2 days before arrival after having prepaid 11 months ago. Very bad business practice. You would think they would have known before now. I had to transfer to another accommodation at twice the price I originally booked. Beware of this hotel. You too could be transferred to another hotel...

Once again, another excellent stay at this facility. I had booked about a year ago, Jr. Suite instead of a standard room. When we arrived, we were told that we were being upgraded to a regular suite, Room 2 on the 5th floor. The staff has ALWAYS been outstanding, this was our third year in a row staying here, and...

A very clean and centrally situated hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast but service is rather slow as it is partly waitress served rather than a self service buffet. Lots of choices nearby to eat out in the evening and within walking distance of all Old San Juan sites. Close to the ferry for the bacardi factory. We did...

We stayed here for one night before leaving on a cruise. The location was perfection for getting around Old San Juan and just a couple of blocks to the cruise terminal. The room was comfortable and the bed made for a nice sleep. The noise factor is very real though and I chuckle at the memory. My roommate slept thru...

Stayed here one night after a cruise. Clean older building. Close to cruise terminal, you can walk. Great location. Comfortable bed. Huge restroom and shower. Pull out couch bed. Reasonable cost. People complained about it being loud but my room on the 5th floor, room 2 was quiet.

I spoke to someone at this hotel to make sure we could to arrive in the early morning and sleep a few hours before boarding our cruise ship. I was told it would be no problem and that the night watchman would be there to let us in and show us to our room. That is what happened. As we...

First let me say the staff was very nice and helpful. I was very excited about our extra day stay in San Juan after a cruise and the reviews on this hotel were very good. Sadly, I was very disappointed by the room. I paid extra to have a junior suite. I was excited about staying in Old San Juan...
