Front desk service was nice. The hotel was definitely old, not kept up and showed it's age. The room was dirty. Hairs on toilet seat, sink and in shower. I dropped a shirt on the floor and it was covered in dust bunnies and long hair. There was no television, the phone didn't work and several of the outlets were...

Clean Room. Great Service. Perfect Location and Very Good Price. Certainly basic but I was here to see Old San Juan, not the interior of a Hotel room. 5 stars. Highly recommend to those looking to save a dollar without sacrificing decency.

Very good location in the hurt of old san juan. Old hotel no elevator so if you got a room on the 4 th floor as we got, you have to climb with your suitcases a lot of stairs. Room was ok,but preaty small. The major problem is the high patio they have. It makes it very noisy. You can...

The hotel looks brilliant and bright in photos but it's in fact quite worn out. We have one of the biggest room in the hotel (206) and it is huge with high ceiling which we really like. But there is not even a table andd chair we can sit and work on in the room. The bathroom is also tiny...

Got in the first night at 5am, front desk was extremely friendly and we got our room. It was 202, a double bed and a twin cot. The cot was right in front of the bathroom door. The shower had little pressure and had no hot water that night or morning. Very little space to move around, no frills. Second...

Right in the heart of old San Juan in easy reach of all the main attractions. Close to an amazing coffee house where we had breakfast each day. Great manager who gave us lots of information about where to go and what to see. Comfy room and we discovered the roof terrace on our last day with sun loungers and...

Da House was amazing! Absolutely feel in love with Old San Juan. This place has so much character to it! It's location is prime!! Don't forget to check out the hot tub on the roof!! It can be a bit noisey at time, but the beds are super comfy, the wifi is free, and the room stays incredibly dark at...

Okay fellow travelers. This hotel in old town is a VERY old near ancient quaint botique hotel of maybe 25 rooms. It is old and it shows not only in its age but in its lack of maintenance. In addition, while the hotel info does state it has no elevator, when we checked in it also had no luggage assistance...
