The lock in room 604 did not work, they moved us to room 504, when we returned at night at 11:30 pm the room is flooded with at least an inch of water, there is a salamander on the wall and the door seems to have been forced open . We love this place! The front desk workers and managers were extremely courteous. Gave the best advice on where to eat and helped us when needed. For example, we did not have the hottest of water and when we notified them they promptly fixed it. The place is clean, in a great location, and again...the people are amazing. Will stay here again next year! Thank you to all the staff at Tryp by Wyndham in Mayaguez!!

I stayed here for a night as I had a business trip to MayagĂĽez. Staff is extremely helpful and kind, which is a rare finding in Puerto Rico. My room was clean and quiet and even if the surroundings are not pretty is very well located. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful hotel! Our room was beautiful and very comfortable. The housekeeping staff was amazing. Loved the location. We enjoyed our relaxing long weekend in Puerto Rico and will definitely come again! Great restaurants nearby and centrally located for our activities.
