We have stayed at Malecon House for a week. We had an issue with our booking but Daphne resolved it and gave us a room to fit our needs as we were traveling with 2 toddlers. She is not very talkative but very efficient and that's ok with us. Our room had 2 queen size beds, recent mini split A/C,...

The personnel was really attentive and amicable. I brought leftovers from a restaurant and the staff went out of their way to re-heat the food and gave us, plates and utensils to eat. Goo places to eat nearby too and beautiful view of the ocean. Will definitely be coming back.

The hotel was great, and so was the location. I would have given five stars, but my wife and I both felt that the lady of the house was a little bit reserved towards us. When we contacted her she was always helpful, but we got the feeling she'd rather go on with her day without saying hello or speaking...

We enjoyed our weeklong stay at the Malecon House. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The staff were all very helpful with information about local beaches, restaurants, taxis and what to expect at the airport when we left. With all of our needs taken care of, we were truly able to relax on this vacation!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Malecon House. With relaxed elegance, the rooms are well appointed with quality linens and toiletries. It has the best location in Esperanza, at the end of the Main Street, across from the water. The continental breakfast was delicious, with plenty of fresh fruit, cereals and baked goods. Big plus is free on-site parking and...

We adored our few days at Malecon House and exploring beautiful Vieques. Dafney and her staff were efficient and enthusiastic. The homemade pastries at breakfast were a wonderful surprise! Upstairs rooms with views were truly memorable!

We booked 2 days before arriving in Vieques. Last minute and high season. Daphne even ran next door to see if they had availability for one night Malecon didnt have and got us booked in there. We had to move rooms every night as it was booked solid. Even so, each room was wonderful, COMFY beds, nice plunge pool, across...

This is a wonderful boutique inn across the street from the water. It's immaculately clean, with very friendly and helpful concierges. The rooms are generously sized, air conditioned (which you need with the relatively warm and humid weather), comfortable beds. Breakfast is nice as well, with baked goods from a local bakery, yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, other cereals. I will...

This is a modern, small hotel located along the seaside strip in the small town of Esmeralda, south side of the island, where the better beaches are. The location is good because you can walk to restaurants, and even so, it was quiet at night. The hotel has no beach itself but if you want to try the water right...

We cannot say enough good things about Daphne who was our host and made numerous recommendations about places to eat, beaches to visit, and local guides. Everything others have noted is consistent with our experience. The breakfast is modest but reasonable for guests planning to spend the day soaking in the sun while indulging in adult beverages. We stayed in...
