Four of my friends and I stayed in CIS during our week-long stay in Martinique. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food at breakfast was wonderful! We felt very safe the entire time we were there. The rooms were clean and the room cleaners were very nice and trustworthy. I was able to leave valuables unlocked in...

My stay at this Hotel/Hostel was mostly great, but there were a few issues I'll give you a run-down of the pros and cons. Pros. -The staff are very friendly and eager to help in any situation. -The dinner available in the lobby cafeteria was excellent! As were the staff. -Wifi was reliable in the room, with reasonable speed. -The...

Clean, tidy. Good range of foods on offer for breakfast. Pity we did not have time to look around as we got in late at night and left first thing the next morning. This place was so good for intransit visits, though we would have preferred for it to be closer to the airport for brief stays of this nature.

The room was comfortable, clean, plenty of hot water in the shower. As others have said, the furniture makes it look like you're staying in a dorm room. But it's functional and adequate. Nice view of Fort-de-France, the mountains and the ocean from the terrace. Good breakfast. WiFi is strong. Easy free parking. Not far from the airport. You really...

The room was tidy and the hotel on a whole was clean and classy. I also enjoyed the fact that it was in a Tranquil area. The breakfast variety was impressive. Reception was friendly and the woman I dealt with spoke English effortlessly, which made Tm check in seamless. I would only change the shower area as my shower head...

My wife and I choose this hotel simply because it was near the airport, for the day before our departure flight. It is not near the center of Fort-de-France, and I wanted to avoid the city traffic and complicated driving. The rooms were larger and better furnished that we had experienced elsewhere on the island. In addition, the cafeteria-style restaurant,...

Very impressive and comfortable place to stay even though the beds were small compared to American standards. Its location met my need, in a quiet neighborhood 15 mins from the airport. I would stay there again and recommend to others.

Short sleep between two islands, we did not need high quality. We received a bigger room with 4 separate beds but we were five, our written request was to have a plus bed but it was only a baby bed placed inside for my 8 year old daughter :-) The night staff was kind but it was hard to communicate...
