Beautiful room with jacuzzi on balcony and far reaching views across the bay. The kind owner gave us a lift to our mangrove tour and picked us up, when we realised it was further than thought. Excellent service from everyone, beautiful breakfast and suppers , especially good in the gourmet restaurant. Travellers should be aware that this is a significant distance from Trois Islets village and local cabs are not available. However there are really good facilities within walking distance at Pointe du Bout, where there is a large marina, extensive beaches, shops and restaurants. Divers can dive off a large boat from here rather than a rib.

As loyal customers, we have tested all the suites and 2 newly renovated villas. This is the place in Martinique where we feel the best, thanks to a professional team who always takes care of us. Very big disappointment for this 2-night stay in this hotel that we had chosen for its 5-star standard. We are very far from this standard that we know well. Here it's more like 3 stars: shabby room and bathroom, very used jacuzzi; no lobby/reception area open to customers, non-existent relaxation area: no deckchairs by the pool. Accustomed to 5-star hotels, we loved the experience of the Suite Villa. The welcome is warm, the staff takes great care of your arrival and the duration of your stay. The setting is heavenly with a magnificent view of the bay of Fort-de-France. The villa is modern and spacious with a punch tray to refresh you after a day exploring Martinique. The hotel restaurant is also very good, I recommend the brunch-style breakfast which will revive your taste buds. Everything was perfect, we hope to come back as soon as possible!

We would particularly like to highlight the great and very friendly hotel staff. We had a beautiful room in the main building with a great view of the bay. The most: the very competent, attentive staff, the restaurant, the completely renovated and very well equipped villas and the view from the suites. The minuses: the suites (peeling paint) and the very aging common areas, the swimming pool placed in the middle of the restaurant therefore unusable (we didn't see anyone there for 1 week), there are of course no deckchairs because to relax in the middle of a restaurant... the fitness area includes 2 machines in a small, cramped and dirty room (full of dead flies). In total, the swimming pool and fitness area give 5 stars but cannot be used. This hotel is a disappointment, we arrived expecting to spend a week in a 5 star and it is not one.

Very nice stay in a friendly place where calm and serenity reign. The villa is very beautiful and large. Terrace with a small garden and a “swimming pool” area and solarium. A beautiful view of the sea in the distance with Fort de France opposite in the bay. Three bathrooms, kitchen open to the living room and the terrace. Both bedrooms are beautiful and well appointed. Fully equipped kitchen. Top cleaning, thanks again to the person who took care of our villa during our stay. TVs in bedrooms and living room. Large private and closed parking lot. Very pleasant stay.... It’s a shame that the shared swimming pool is not heated (or very little).

The hotel is located at a 10 minutes walk from the nearest beach. There are a lot of gorgeous beaches in Martinique. Here are a few of them : Les Salines, Anse Couleuvre, Anse Dufour. It is better to rent a car in Martinique as public transportation is not reliable. You can use taxis but it is not cheap. The cars are on the right side of the road. The property does not have pools only jacuzzis.
