You will be happy to return to the freshness and comfort of your apartment after a day of excursion. Cool off in the pleasant swimming pool and stretch out on one of the deck chairs available (there are always some available). We stayed 9 days at this hotel and we appreciated the calm, the cleanliness, the sound of the waves and the proximity to services and restaurants outside the complex (a supermarket is right next door. Practical!) Favorites: the kitchenette and its fridge, the coffee maker for an early morning coffee on your balcony to the sound of the waves and the view of the sea! The smiling welcome at reception (adorable Yves-Lise). We also appreciated the quality of the food from the restaurant's à la carte menu. Least liked: The uneven service at the restaurant. Expensive lunch for so little choice (16 euros p.p.) and what's more, we are observed without offering any services. For the evening table, a waitress served us well but otherwise the staff is rather cold and unfriendly, no music (except one evening). Beautiful outdoor terrace but little atmosphere. We didn't really want to go back. From the restaurant terrace and the swimming pool the view overlooks the roof of the adjacent bungalows. We had asked for the top floor for a long time but we were on the 2nd with a partial sea view. The Diamond Rock is hidden by the trees. In fact, very few rooms have a view of the rock…No beach, impossible to walk on the shore because the waves were too strong. However, you can get there via the village.

We arrived on October 1, 2023 Outstanding Service upon our arrival Claudine received us with a super warm welcome. Good size room with incredible view of the diamond. We had room 311 WoW what a magical view of the diamond! Comfortable terrace with table and 4 chairs, small kitchen with everything you need to make good scampi pasta! The service is also impeccable for breakfast and evening dinner. We eat well you can order the eggs of your choice. In the evening we tasted Marlin, shrimp and Beef, all the dishes were tasty. Continue your excellent service, well done to the whole team! The only downside, the sea was not calm at this place so I only swam there once but it allowed us to appreciate other beaches on the Islands and to visit a little. We enjoyed coming home in the evening because it was very comfortable and warm!

We had a warm welcome by the young lady in the reception, but was assigned a room in the basement where we had to go through the laundry machines and a lot of stuff in the hallway. The room was placed so that everyone that walked by could see in and we did not feel safe to leave things in our fridge outside since anyone could walk in. There were bugs and mosquitoes in the room and the water in the shower flooded the bathroom. We asked if it was possible to get another room, but this was not possible on the first night. The next afternoon we got to switch to a room on the first floor that was facing the pool. This room was much better, but yet the kitchen sink was blocked so the water could not go out. There was a huge difference in the service mindset between the two woman manning the reception. The hotel is located next to the ocean, but unfortunately the hotel villas block the view from both the pool and the restaurant. Also the fence facing the ocean has collapsed and looks quite rough. In conclusion this hotel does not feel like a four star establishment and has seen better days.

I would not class this hotel as a four star establishment; I would say 3 star at the very most. The lovely foyeur and reception area are deceiving. Reception staff are excellent: very friendly and efficient and the room was clean and pleasant enough. However, I am relieved that we weren't staying in one of the basement rooms, which look dark and depressing. We ate in the hotel restaurant on our first evening, which was expensive, but very average. The table service was slow and below par. There is no bar area to enjoy a drink. Breakfast was a shambles; disinterested and unfriendly staff; no warm welcome. No tables laid for guests in the morning; we had to ask staff for serviettes and cutlery etc. Coffee was terrible. We weren't informed that cooked eggs were available and only realised they were when we saw another guest eating fried eggs! There is no longer a beach attached to the hotel, due to storm Beryl, but most of the view of the seafront was blocked by a series of bungalows built at the back of the hotel. For a cost of around 200 euro per room per night I would expect a much higher standard. Disappointing.

Second stays, the first at the end of November 2021 the second at the end of November 2023 for 15 days, attentive staff except the unpleasant director with are personal no better with the vacationers! Bungalow no. 500, very clean, sea view, large comfortable bed, kitchenette, perfect fridge, breakfast! Very little choice, no change over 15 days, the only day with three kinds of jam the director had it removed directly! Three bananas fighting a duel! Not worthy of a 4 star, half board You have to ask permission from the manager to be able to have a banana in the room for your sick wife who cannot come to breakfast! Never seen that! Question restaurant in the evening declining in quality, taste, diversity... I therefore no longer recommend this hotel far from a 4 star.

+ friendly staff + good accommodation and shower, room looks neat and clean + WiFi (not always a good connection) + supermarket next to the hotel + late check-in was possible due to a late flight
- breakfast very expensive €16 and the choice is not optimal - power outage in the room - towels smelly - Limited parking space, so you have to park at the supermarket next to the hotel

We were so pleased with our stay here. The welcome was great and they were very friendly and spoke great English. There was free parking for the rental car at the back The internet was great. There was a great coin laundry down the street about 500 m The beach cottage was great for a family with a double sofa bed. There is a small supermarket right next door

Not worthy of a 4 star. Cleanliness can be better. Breakfasts not varied a lot of industrial products (fruit juice, bread, etc.) No water pressure for showers, sometimes even just a trickle. Room equipment to be reviewed. Parking not enough spaces. Insufficient deckchairs for the number of rooms in the hotel. Positive welcome from the staff.

beautiful room with swimming pool view and small sea view; cleanliness more than fair (very dirty shower gel dispenser); parking lot too small and very poorly done (plus, the managers/employees occupy the best places!!!!). The beach is unusable because it is very narrow and not maintained (the wall of the hotel along the beach is more than worn out). In conclusion: it's worth at most three * but not 4 considering the price! )
