Have just returned from two weeks at the Ginger Lily Hotel in Feb 2012. This is not our first stay at the hotel and it will not be our last. Hotel is ideally situated on the Rodney Bay strip, far enough from the noise, but near enough to everything. The rooms are spacious, bathrooms are large with walk-in showers, and...

Have just returned from a week at the Ginger Lily in Feb 2012. It is a small oasis of calm in the heart of the busy Rodney Bay strip. Across the road from a great beach and an excellent beach bar, there are dozens of restaurants within easy walking distance, and also a shopping mall, bank etc within easy reach....

We stayed at the Ginger Lily in May '11 and overall, we had a wonderful time. Upon arrival, we had to ask to change our room due to the fact that there was no hot water and the air conditioning wasn't working. However, we were given a much better room the following morning with high ceilings, a lovely balcony with...

My wife and I stayed at Ginger Lily at the beginning of 2012 and we really enjoyed it. The hotel was quiet and peaceful and had a great location close to the beach, and the restaurants and shopping in Rodney Bay. If you do stay there be prepared to be on your own if your planning any activities, the staff...

We stayed here for a week in mid November 2011 and we had no complaints whatsoever. It had a brilliant location just across from the best beach in the island and Spinnakers beach bar was tremendous. Beach chairs, etc were numerous. The hotel had very large rooms and enormous bathroom and shower. Shampoo & gel were provided. Great views from...

I'm actually a year late writing this report, 2011 was a particularly bad year for my family and writing reviews was the last thing on my mind but finally .... I've made it! I couldn't not write about what is probably our favourite holiday hotel! The Ginger Lily was me and my husbands ideal accommodation! We loved it, the fabulous...

We stayed for four nights at the Ginger Lily as part of a 2 week holiday on the island. As the earlier reviews indicate, this is a good budget hotel. We had specifically asked for an upstairs room and I'm glad we did as the downstairs bedrooms appears to have a lot of vegetation outside. Our room was large and...

This is a budget-type hotel in a busy and loud area of Rodney Bay. If you are looking for something akin to a beach cottage right across the street from Reduit Beach (and the police station), this is your place. For us, the area was a little too loud (right up until 5:30 or so on Saturday morning following our...

The Ginger Lily was recommended to us by an acquaintance who lives in St Lucia. It is a very pretty small hotel, just a dozen rooms basically surrounding a nicely designed pool area. It's a block from a nice stretch of Reduit Beach. They have ground floor rooms and upper rooms as well as a couple of suites. The suite...

This place is great if you are on a budget, it had everything we needed the perfect location right in the heart of The Rodney Bay area. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a small resort with a relaxed atmosphere, but you can’t expect more for that price, can you? Again I highly recommend it to...
