Only reason we stayed here is because it's close to the Marina and we were here for a Regatta - great location for that. Otherwise would not recommend it. Rooms are ok but Restaurant is very poor. Would not stay here again

Our two week stay here was a wonderful experience. Everyone on the staff was helpful, courteous, friendly and welcoming. The food and food service was great, as was the cleanliness and comfort of our room. We would rate Palm Haven right up there with any 4 star hotel in the US.

the beds are bad, and they make noise even when you sit on them much less lay down. the only highlight is the breakfast, and the pool. The front desk staff are also clueless. fix up the hotel thats it.

We stayed as a wedding party at the Palm Haven Hotel for one night this August. I would say the hotel is of an average standard. The rooms are clean and spacious, the pool is a nice place to hang out (although it did get quite 'buggy' at night) and the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, one thing...

The hotel is close to town just a van away, opposite a dock for yachts beautiful sight. The staff were nice, quick to handle any problems you have and ready to assist. Breakfast was moderate. Has a pool for relaxation, very calm and beautiful place. Close to places where you can enjoy yourself can't remember the name but it was...

We wish to thank you for taking the time out to leave us a review. We are very happy that you enjoyed your self during your stay with us. I do believe the name of the place you were trying to remember is Gros Islet street party or the Rodney Bay Marina. But do hope to see you again.

I spent 2 weeks at Palm Haven and enjoyed every day. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff was very courteous and pleasant to deal with. Kevin and Jeff, 2 young gentlemen who work at Palm Haven, made my stay very pleasant. They were always ready to help with anything I needed and were generally very friendly. This...

It's a nice hotel filled with even nicer staff. The girls at reception are really friendly and always willing to help out with something. It's pretty close to the Marina and everything else in the north (Mall, Shopping, Groceries, Nightlife). The room was okay I guess and thankfully my A/C worked....worked REALLY well to add to it. The only downfall...

Lovely hotel with very courteous and helpful staff. The view looks towards Rodney Marina and is in easy walking distance to a lively night out or somewhere to eat in the day. We would recommend anyone wanting to stay in St Lucia to come here if you want a more serene holiday.

After such a breath taking experience at the Coconut Bay Resort, on arriving at the airport our flight was cancelled for the next day, so LIAT put us up at the Palm Haven Hotel, on arriving the receptionist was rather unfriendly and rude. First of all we did not just arrive there by our choice of Hotel but was sent...
