This resort has a lot of potential given the location. The views were breathtaking and each room has its own private pool. The service from the staff was mostly a miss where we had trouble getting them to care about anything we pointed out. Our concerns/queries were sometimes not even acknowledged. The restaurant on the property has amazing views with a decent breakfast but lunch and dinner was extremely frustrating with slow service and very limited vegetarian options. The food we did get was also not great tasting and overpriced. We stayed in a different resort in the island for the first half of our trip and had a nice stay. Given the higher price tag of this place, it wasnt meeting even basic expectations of service/friendliness.

We are so happy we chose Stonefield Villa Resort. It was exactly what we were looking for - tranquil, intimate, beautiful property and outstanding views of the ocean and Petit Peton. The peace and quiet coupled with the excellent onsite restaurant and available activities can not be beat. With only 17 villas, it was always peaceful and quiet and the landscaping and placement of the villas affords good privacy. The resort is set on a hill, so there are stairs and some steep walks, but not outrageous. Not sure if they knew, but we are beyond middle age and they gave us a perfectly located villa. The bed was very comfortable and linens and sundries provided were excellent. There's a bit of rustic charm to the villas with some understated luxury and excellent service. We found the AC to be a great amenity and loved the private plunge pool with amazing view. We used this every day - what a great way to relax and unwind. The Mango Tree restaurant onsite was consistently excellent for all meals from breakfast through dinner as well as cocktails. Prices are very reasonable and food is high quality and well prepared and presented. It was very nice to have a full breakfast with many options included in the lodging. While not on the beach, the resort offers a free shuttle to a very close beach that has loungers, umbrellas, snorkeling and beach food available. It's a nice day's outing. There are onsite activities offered as well as organized tours for booking. All are very easy to arrange. We chose to rent a car, thinking we would explore the island on our own. Well, we found it more enjoyable, easier and safer to leave the driving and navigating to the experts. There are plenty of options readily available for booking all types of tours, activities and drives.
The staff is fantastic, and this is what brought the whole experience together. It's obvious they go to great lengths to make guests comfortable and well cared for. The atmosphere was so friendly and peaceful. No big crowds, no attitudes, no price gauging, just tranquility and enjoyment. It was an overall wonderful experience and we would definitely stay here again.

We decided to stay at Stonefield versus other local hotels because it is locally owned and won’t cost a king’s ransom like Jade Mountain or Ladera, yet still offers amazing amenities, food, ambience, killer views of the Petite Piton, Caribbean, and a Five Star staff. Our experience has exceeded all expectations.
The one-time plantation has 17 villas (each with a private pool) that are nestled in the lush tropical jungle, dotting the hillside with spectacular views. The grounds are meticulously manicured so it is a joy to walk the property.
Before I sign off, I did want to point out how helpful and accommodating all of the staff were to us, especially Valna in reception. She assisted us with several requests, always with a smile.
I highly recommend a Stonefield experience!

Our villa was amazing in of itself. I will say we stayed at 4 different hotels & resorts on the island and had a terrible check in experience with Zenna. My wife and I arrived about two hours early and had lunch at Mangotree while awaiting for our room to be ready at 3pm. Two minutes to 3pm Zenna walked into the restaurant without acknowledging us and began to walk away. I walked close to her and said excuse me so I could get the status on my room and she rudely continued to walk off with her back turned to us and yelled “One Second”. Once she came back to us about two minutes later our room was ready and she did a “Welcome Tour” with her back turned to us the entire time while she walked swiftly through the villa as if she was annoyed with her job. Zenna was very unwelcoming and not friendly at all. I asked Zenna who could get our luggage for us to bring into the room and she said “you can go get your own luggage” and walked out of the room. We experienced amazing service from other hotels & resorts on the island that made our stay extra special and didn’t have to lift our suitcases to our rooms as there was a bellman there to assist for each stay except at Stonefield. I’d like to to shout out Maylisa our server at Mango Tree and Valna who checked us out as their service was amazing. They both were friendly, hospitable, and kindly gave us recommendations for our trip. I think management should have Maylisa and Valna train Zenna on how to have the best customer service and hospitality for the guests. I wouldn’t stay here again when I revisit I will take my money elsewhere where I get the best experience all around.

We arrived tired and hungry at 9pm New years Eve after travelling all day from Antigua via Barbados. All we wanted was to get a bite to eat and have an early night in this peaceful and tranquil resort.
We did not receive a particularly warm welcome, We were then told that only the Gala New Year Eve menu was available to eat at $300 for two (seriously?!) In a 4 star Hotel? Room service? Nope.
This is advertised as a "quiet"resort which is why we booked it. We went down to the bar for a quick drink where deafening "New Year" party music was blaring out; so noisy that we could not hear each other at adjacent bar stools! It completely ruined this wonderful setting.
We cannot believe that the management think that discerning guests at an upscale hotel like this want to be deafened over their drink/dinner. It was so inappropriate. and unnecessary. We like background music and a party like anyone but this...…. . We escaped to bed where the booming noise disturbed us until well after midnight. Next morning we think the staff either had a hangover or the chef did not turn up....20 minutes for a cup of coffee then another half hour for egg and bacon to arrive.
Things settled down after that and we could enjoy this beautiful resort, lush well kept tropical gardens, its spacious quiet rooms (stunning sea views,) decent plunge pool and loungers, great air con and good wi fi. The bar /pool /restaurant area was also wonderful and we enjoyed quiet meals and drinks there overlooking the Caribbean sea.
Overall we loved our stay at the stunning Stonefield Villa Estate Villa Hotel despite the truly disastrous start. Would we go back? Absolutely..But not on New Years Eve! In fact we have recommended to pur daughter and husband who have booked to come in April.

Stonefield Villa is an absolute gem. We stayed in August 2023 in the Bougainville two bedroom two bath villa. It had views of the Petit Piton and the sea. Our private pool was lovely and our villa it was clean and comfortable. The only AC is in the bedrooms, but it cooled wonderfully. They provide guests a daily shuttle to Paradise Beach but it is only once a day at 10 AM and the beach is VERY mediocre. They should ABSOLUTELY offer shuttle to Sugar Beach as it is a far superior beach that sits between the two pitons! The Mango Tree restaurant was wonderful. It also had wonderful views of the sea and the sunset. Our daily breakfast that came with our room rate was delicious and there were a variety of choices. Stonefield is located near many things to do in the area. However, I suggest booking your excursions on your own as the ones the resort offers are quite a bit more expensive. But you are paying for the convenience of not having to research it yourself by booking through the resort. We enjoyed our stay immensely at Stonefield Villas, it was our second visit, and we look forward to returning again and again!

We had a lovely seven night stay at Stonefield in February 2024. The villas with private plunge pools feel luxurious with a more digestible price point than many of the most famous resorts on the island. The concierge services are some of the best, the communication leading up to the trip, airport transfer, etc were all phenomenal. We felt especially well take care of by Valna, Rekia and David. Daily housekeeping services were lovely. I highly recommend booking everything through the resort and arranging transport through them as well, the ultimate ease. The only downside to the resort was the restaurant on site which is more a 3/5. The service is very slow, you need to plan to have well over an hour to take a meal there. It wasn’t till near the end of our trip that we realized the ease of taking a taxi to try out new restaurants. Because of this, I would probably not recommend the all inclusive option if you are on the fence.

We have just come back from four days at Stonefield villas, what an absolutely stunning place to spend time with a loved one. We stayed in the Frangipani villa which had an awesome sized pool to float in and the porch and hammock were fantastic for watching sunsets over the ocean. The villa itself was perfect, the bed was super comfy the outdoor shower a great experience listening to the tree frogs while in there. The mango tree restaurant on site serves delicious food and cocktails with a wonderful atmosphere at night with live entertainment, all of the staff on site were so polite and anything we asked was met with a no problem we can do that. If you’re looking for the perfect spot to reconnect then Stonefield villa is for you, you won’t regret it.

The service at this resort was some of the best that I have ever experienced, everyone was so welcoming and hospitable, and the views from our room were absolutely stunning. I couldn't be more pleased with out room and overall accommodation, we had a private pool and outdoor shower and really enjoyed the restaurant. Ahh Stonefield!.. I thought that this level of comfort was only dreamt about, but Stonefield made my dreams a reality! The staff was very welcoming, always available and very pleasant,that I had no doubt they loved their jobs. Everything is Great at Stonefield Resort! My room was impeccably clean and well kept. As if the ambiance and amenities weren't enough, they had the most amazing food to top it off! Their colorful, vibrant, mouth watering creations were the perfect invitations for indulgence and engagement. Stonefield Resort surely exceeded my expectations and they are my number 1 recommendation to anyone looking for a time of fun and relaxation!
