I was not thrilled with this resort. The staff is great and friendly but services could use a bit of improving. Although the rooms were very clean, they were dated. The appliances were worn out or shabby. Our dishwasher has definitely seen better days. We dined often in our room to save money. The accomodations are comfortable and relaxing, however,...

Overall, I had a good time at "the towers," however, services are in desperate need of an upgrade. For example, obtaining and/or replacing beach towels is a major chore. Many times beach towels were not available to take or replace, and guests had to keep towels for several days due to demand. I believe any resort, timeshare, etc., in the...

Had an exchange for a 2 bedroom unit that was very good (701). University has built a building that blocks the ocean view for this unit except from small balcony off the king bedroom. King bedroom has an attached bath, second bedroom with 2 twin beds has bath across the hall. This was one of the largest units I have...

We own the number one requested week #51 and we have been coming here for over 14 years....this place needs help. I guess its a great deal for a week vacation, as you only have to pay the maintenance... but be prepared to not get anything for your dollar. Courtesy of the failings of Liat Airways to complete their scheduled flights to Tortola we found ourselves stranded in St Maarten and billeted with approx 30 other Brits at the Towers. Staff were very helpful in the evening and in the morning, even when faced with some very unhappy and unexpected customers. Strangest thing was it was only 1030 and...

The place is a bit older and no restaurant on premises but the staff are wonderful, the propery is well maintained and the rooms were spotless. We had...

Just got back from spending a week at The Towers at Mullet Bay with two other friends. We all agreed on the following: Pros: The room was very nice. Spacious and fully equipped. Cons: The front desk and customer service people were indifferent, at best. We arrived and were not greeted all that warmly. However, that wasn't the real issue....
