Nanny Cay Resort and Marina is a convenient and comfortable hotel with an old school Caribbean feel. Everything you need is an easy walk from your room and throughout the resort you'll find friendly and helpful staff. Dine in one of the three bars/restaurants, shop for souvenirs or enjoy an iced coffee at the coffee shop. You can also do a yoga class on the deck overlooking the beach, join a day sail or dive trip, rent a power boat or car, right from the marina, or spend the day chilling by the pool or on the beach. Leave the hustle and bustle behind and really unwind in tropical breezes and balmy evenings.

We've been coming to the BVI since 2004 and we're always impressed by the incredibly forward-thinking anti-smoking laws. Back when cities in North America and Europe were only beginning to invoke the most modest of laws, the BVI had an outright ban in public places. How ironic

My husband and I stayed in the hotel for a two week vacation. We were aware that rebuilding is still an ongoing process after the terrible devastation of the hurricanes. It was no surprise to us that the people of the island are amazing and resilient. The staff at the hotel and

We have visited Nanny Cay Marina three times since the summer of 2017. Our boat is there being restored from damage caused by hurricane Irma. We’ve also had the pleasure of witnessing the restoration of the marina, hotel, and surrounding property. While it is not yet complete,

Room was ok at best, still has repairs to be done. Patio railing was missing, patio door was barely lockable, lighting fixtures weren’t all working... On the good our view of the marina was perfect and there was a great little protected beach cove.

Hi Mark Thanks for your review. Did you let the staff know about the lighting? These sorts of things can be rectified quickly if reported. Some of the balcony railings on the ground floor are still missing as we are focusing on repairing the second floor which was destroyed. We feel it is more important to get those rooms back into order first then will work on the ground floor again. Anything that is not working in the rooms can be repaired when reported or we can offer you a new room. We hope to see you again soon.

Yes, you can use the beach chairs for a fee. The pool allows a limited number of daily paying guests but it depends on how many in-house guests are using the facilities.

How close is Tradewinds BVI Resort from hotel?
The Nanny Cay hotel is right across the marina from Tradewind's base. It's a 5 minute walk around the water, or they can shuttle you across with a dinghy when you disembark (like they did for us). We stayed there after our trip in April this year - it's not a fancy hotel but definitely comfortable and adequate, and they've got a great pool area and nice little beach.
