We only stayed one night as a lay over until our morning flight to Little Cayman. We arrived late Friday night due to Cayman airlines delay, so unfortunately missed a relaxing evening & dinner on Grand Cayman. However when we arrived after 10 pm it was smooth service and we got into our rooms quickly. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, then we left early due to cayman airlines notice about earlier flight. However the flight was not early or on time but actually later. But our goal was to arrive on Little Cayman before noon. So it all worked out So ironically , cayman airlines that is trying to bring tourists to the islands prevented us from spending more time & money Friday evening on Grand Cayman. . The hotel was very conveniently located for our one night stay only less than 10 minutes from the airport. …

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. It’s convenient to 7 mile beach, shopping, and restaurants. Our final destination is Cayman Brac and we overnight here. We’ve stayed multiple times and always helpful, clean, and friendly.

My overall experience with the management team and staff was above excellent! From booking my reservation to, assisting with meals and any other tasks that I had, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. The most helpful, thoughtful and caring staff that I have been exposed to in a very long time I am proud to say were at this beautiful facility! I will always return for service is excellent and most of all the staff made you feel so welcomed loved and most of all so relaxed and at home.

Lovely hotel walking distance to 7 mile beach (saw beautiful fish right there, I recommend bringing snorkel gear if you have it!). The included breakfast was delicious and the customer service both at restaurant, housekeeping, and reception was excellent. Would definitely stay there again!

This was my second visit. Locale is in a prime position very central Everything was good rooms are nice, room was clean and the bed is comfortable. Employees are willing to help with anything you need and are friendly. Breakfast is included and is also very good. My only complaint is the wifi needs to be improved on the top floor is was intermittent I did let a member of staff know and Im sure it will be addressed.

Great location. Plenty of good food places and shops in walking distance. Beach nearby and George Town less than 10 mins drive away too. Rooms are trendy and nice environment. They have all you need, clean and very functional. We were on the 3rd floor which has the loft area. The main road can be a little noisy but didn’t overly disturb us. The ac was good power but noisy so we turned it off in the night but there is a ceiling fan. Breakfast is made to order and was decent and given its free you certainly can’t complain. Plenty of car park - much easier and cheaper to hire a car on the island than taxi. Only thing that would make it better would be to have a shower room that you can use after checkout as if you have a later flight be nice to be able to change somewhere nicer then the toilets.…
