What am amazing property! My fiancé and I spent a week here in early 2019; this was my first scuba diving trip after getting certified a few months ago. The diving was amazing, and the Pirates Point staff bent over backwards to make sure everyone had a great experience. The

I almost hate writing this review for fear it will bring more tourists to our new found Paradise. If you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you!! We stayed in a quaint little cottage facing the ocean. Hammocks allowed for a quick nap mid day. Thanks to Chef Winston

Dear Annmarie S, we truly appreciate such a wonderful review. We are all delighted to hear that your time with us was so memorable and that you wish to return! Pirates Point only has 11 rooms and has plenty of breathing space along its natural beach, so even if it is nearly full you will always have the chance to retreat to your own little remote paradise after meal and social times. Diving truly is a highlight in Little Cayman and we want every single one of our guests to be able to enjoy the experience in the safest and most comfortable way possible. This way you can then resume your relaxed holiday with another one of Winston's or Dianne's world class meals! We are all looking forward to your return!

This was our 30th conservative visit in 29 years. Guess you could say we like it. Continues to provide great diving and super food. Diane and Winston are great chefs the only problem is limiting the weight I gain! Gay, Michele, Cam, Tiago & the recent addition John are excellent

Carl and Beth, I am so grateful that you continue to support and enjoy Pirates Point. You've been with us since the beginning and while most of that time was under my Mother's watch, I thank you so very much for extending that confidence to me. I value your friendship and your patronage to our resort. We wouldn't be here without people like you and your family. All our best from all of us at Pirates Point and we look forward to next year! Take care, Susan

A small paradise in which to kick back and replenish. Diving is the first draw but everything and everyone adds to the experience. Food is healthy, delicious and plentiful. Rooms are great and the people who work there are lovely. This is a very special place!

Thank you for your lovely review. Naturally we agree that Little Cayman is a small paradise and we hope that Pirates Point contributes to that ambience with our small footprint. Our attitude is 'Less is More' and our staff delivers luxury service, on a name-known basis, while Chef Dianne and Chef Winston turn out fabulous fresh foods daily. All the dive masters are top in their trade and are there to be as hands-on or as hands-off as you need them to be. They are knowledgeable about the reef, the fish, and all the critters, and experts at finding and pointing out sights to divers. Our boat captains are trained and licensed and we have one of the best safety records in the Cayman Islands. I hope that this will not be your only visit and we look forward to hosting you again on your next visit to Little Cayman. All our best, Susan Howard

Thank you for your very generous words. We are so happy that you visited Pirates Point Resort and Little Cayman and certainly hope we do see you again. Little Cayman is a beautiful island and so far removed from what many "tourist" islands offer. We offer no phones, no TV, no movie theaters, no Starbucks... Instead, a remote island with iguanas, Red Footed Boobies, Tarpon Lake, and Bloody Bay Wall which produces some of the most noteworthy diving to be had anywhere. Likewise, Pirates Point offers bungalows, gourmet meals, a pool, and the most attentive and caring staff to be had. All set under the biggest sky with more stars than many have ever seen. We hope you have other great experiences this year, but we hope you'll return to Pirates Point for another "unforgettable" one. Take care, Susan Howard

I like room 6. It has a view of the ocean AND air conditioning. :-). But honestly, I’ve stayed in many rooms there and they are all good.

Carla: Hello. I think Pirates Point would be a great fit, since we cater to divers/snorklers at whatever level you come to us, and we help you become more comfortable in the water. If you are not divers, you could do the pool and classroom at home and come to us with an open water referral. We would spend two days with you, getting you certified to dive.!!!! Or just come and snorkel with us. Just advise dates, and we can see what is open for you. We hope you join us at our unique resort that caters to folks.!!! Thanks for your interest in us. Gay Morse

Hello and thanks for the question. I did not see a name to put on the response, but if you are wanting to come next March, you would book a room with us first, then work on air in and out, with the bigger jets coming into Brac or Grand Cayman (american airlines, delta, U.S. air, British airways ) and then connect on Cayman Airways 1-800-422-9626 to get from the Big island, or Cayman brac to us, by Cayman Airways only. At this time , the only culling done on the island, is done by dive instructors every wednesday. the whole island has stopped culling with guests in the water, since we have had some sharks that come around and get a bit frisky. We cannot risk someone getting hurt on a cull. You will find that you will see very few lionfish, since our weekly cull is so efficient at culling about 4 sites at a time. The fish that are caught are used by the various hotels. We put the lionfish in our homemade Sushi, for our friday night champagne / sushi happy hour. Thanks, and let us know if we can hold a room for you. Gay Morse
