We experienced a change in management between booking and arrival which was not communicated. In fact, nothing was communicated, and the information we did received ended up being incorrect at best. Units were dated, worn, lacking amenities or were faulty. Stove and A/C didn't work in one unit, A/C didn't work in a second unit. None of the bed types confirmed were correct. No one was available to meet us upon arrival and ended up our first night relocating to Marriott. No communication throughout time on the island, even up to departure, just a charge on our credit card. Absolutely unacceptable. Poor choice for children or anyone with fear of heights or issues with spiral staircases. Highly advise against booking here as you don't know what you will get, and there is no way to remedy an issues. Shame.

The suite/condo are all individually owned and managed by a third party. Suite 43 was advised as renovated. It was a fraud. Dirty, greasy and all metal rusted. The main sliding door was rusted shot. Many of the windows were rusted shot. The shower head was rusted and detached from the wall. They advertised 2 bedrooms. It is not. It is 1 bedroom plus a bed in a loft. No privacy. Be very careful. We had to look for an other place to stay. Marriott Residence is great!

Lots of nice little touches – Lots of towels , the ladies liked this Hair dryer and attachments for the ladies was appreciated (I have a number 1 cut). One of The most useful things was the gratis prepay mobile phone with some credit so handy to contact local friends and family when out and about. The complementary pickup (and return) at the airport The welcome drinks in the fridge were v nice…which encouraged us to Buy two crates of various local drinks (mostly Radlers) from RAMs in town. Big bedrooms with lots of space for clothes Private balcony facing the beach and sun. We used Atlantic breeze to cool the room (we don't like using aircon at night but all of the rooms had very powerful units). Good size TVs We used the washing machine – a lot. I bought BOP but didn't use it and left it behind. 2 showers (downstairs used by me ) the girls had upstairs. Good sense of security and freedom walking to the nearby popular beach strip. Rituals (local coffee and food bar)was very handy for breakfast (from muffins to saltfish etc) We had constant internet access (useful for watching tv on my laptop). The usb plugs for all of the phones The kitchen utensils, pots and glasses are useful as we did cook breakfast and the occasional evening The apartment was very clean. Very satisfied and happy with our stay and happy to recommend.

This was our fourth time staying at Sea Lofts. The units are fairly basic but clean and comfortable. They vary because they are privately owned. The location near Frigate Bay is really convenient with a small grocery and "bottle shop" nearby plus the strip of beach bars. The pool is clean and almost always deserted, which is actually very nice. We like having a small kitchen and a deck to sit on, as opposed to the Marriott, where we have also stayed. The manager Joyce is super nice and accommodating. Love the place, overall.

We recently stayed at Sealofts unit 37. This condo is perfect in that it is conveniently located near "the strip" (several local restaurants that are great here....we recommend Boozies (try the drink called A Bug's Life), Cathy's for excellent food, and The Sunset Grill for the best ever Pina Colada. You can walk in the morning to get great coffee at Rituals, and in the evening you could walk to get Sushi, Indian, go to Rock Lobster or check out the casino at the Marriot next door. This complex has a beach, however it is on the Atlantic side so the waves are rough...not good for swimming. But you can drIve or take a cab 10 minutes through amazing scenery to get to nearby beaches such as Cockleshell beach (our favourite) or visit the beach and bar at Shipwreck. The complex also has a very clean and quiet pool for pure relaxation in the sun. The owner Sue, has ensured that the condo is stocked with all the amenities you will need. There is snorkel equipment, a cooler, and a well stocked kitchen. We made a meal at the condo one night with fresh fish bought at the market. The beds are comfortable and it is quiet at night which makes for great sleeping. All in all we had a wonderful time in St. Kitts and hope to return in the near future!
