We stayed 20/11-26/11 and booked this hotel through a deal with Secret Escapes back in June. The price we paid worked out at £147 per night All inclusive and I feel this was very good despite some of the problems at the hotel. Before we left I had been reading reviews on TA and was really dreading what we would...

If you have booked this place , stop at once. This place are not what they say. The resort are more or less closed up. I am here now and the few of us that are left have tree meal a day. Same food every day. Few staf, garbage everywhere, staff get no money and the place is falling apart....

Awful, Awful It was a 1 star experience. I had a suite, no air condition in the living room, towels were limited, no bath wash, only a bar of Protex Soap (not a brand to expect at a 5 star resort) no hand soap, food and drinks were terrible and limited. Staff were rude and unprofessional. And I can go on...

26Nov2016. Currently 5 days into a 2 week holiday. Not the 5star holiday we expected. The promised taxi didn't pick us up from the airport (30$ transfer). On plus side upgraded accommodation is as you would expect & staff are pleasant. Resort has lots of closed facilities. No fitness or tennis instructors. 'Jacks' restaurant closed so far (update: opened 26/11)....

I am sat in room at buccament bay. We go home tomorrow. What a disappointment. The food on the whole has been terrible, no salad, same undercooked veg everyday, no ice cream, they run out of everything on a daily basis, only 1 restaurant open last night, the food is very basic a bit like school dinners in the 70's....

Arrived back at Buccament bay resort to find the resort had gone from amazing to dreadful, our favourite restaurant was closed (Jacks), also the Italian and the coffee shop was closed and when they did open they had no stock. At one point they ran out of beer and on the second day the bar closed at 5 pm. The...

If you are expecting a 5 star experience, such as a Sandals resort, do not go here. It would appear they have financial problems, consequently there are shortages, particularly on the food & drink front. Breakfast is woefully short of options that are common in The Caribbean such as an American style breakfast. Eggs are available as omelettes etc, but...

We loved the beauty, the people and the guests we met while here in June 2016. We had a huge beachfront 2 BR, 2 bath, private pool in private deck house here. Staff extremely accommodating. Caveat: This island is very poor. There are no taxis. You need the resort to pick you up from and deliver you back to the...

We stayed at the resort from November 12 to November 19. Getting to st Vincent from nyc was a pain because it lasted about 15 hours including the two hour delay, however, as soon as we got out of the airport I felt relived and happy because our driver was waiting for us. The transportation was provided by the hotel....
