great staff who are responsive to suggestions, close to carnival activities and restaurants. within walking distance or a short taxi ride for a fraction for what you will pay in the US. comfortable with the right mix of guests, nobody gets in your business and it is reasonable safe. You cannot go wrong by staying there. We will return.

This was just a little get-away....as I live in Trinidad. I stayed for one night. I took this time to clear my head and destress a little. I left with a renewed sense of peace. I wish it could have been longer.

Rooms in this hotel are simple. However you have all you need. You would only lack may be a view on the outside. The position OS very good for going everywhere. Full of shops and restaurants nearby. A very safe place, near to European Delegation and US embassy.

INNER CITY HOTEL is older, lesser expensive hotel, which afforded a good nights sleep provided you can forgive some things, and we adjourned to other quarters the next night, although we could have stayed. RESERVATIONS was a CHALLENGE in itself, as communications was lax and difficult, thus, despite having some Wi-Fi service, we stayed just 1 night. Coming in what...

Staff very friendly, too friendly. The rooms don't have microwave or refrigerator. One iron and ironing board. Iron never working. No secure. Every time you leaving the building you have to leave you room keys. I wont recommend it to anyone.

In walking distance to Queens Park Savannah, Botanical Garden, Great Seven, Downtown, etc. After a walk the balcony is a perfect place to relax. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we really enjoyed staying there while being in Port of Spain.

friendly staff and a big, clean room. Was not possible to walk to the centre of town, which required a short cab ride. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space in communal areas. Would happily stay there again.

People who is in charge are kind and open to help to costumers. It is well located, less than 4 kms to downtown, the bus terminal and ferry terminal are close enough to go by walk. It is at 3 blocks from Queen´s Park Savannah and several of the embassies are close. Just turning the block there is a nice...

This place was OK. The rooms were OK, the location was OK. More or less the safest area of town, so no worries of walking at night. Loads of people constantly running round the park. Was good value for money. Grumpiest receptionist in the world though. Absolutely useless.

First I like to say that I already reserved my room for Carnival 2k15. The Par-may-la inn is a great place to stay for carnival time. I was within walking distance to everything. The location is perfect. I played with the band TRIBE and on carnival Tuesday morning as soon as I left the guesthouse, my band was down the...
