I was totally satisfied with everything the rooms were clean the beds were very comfortable it was tranquility at it's best! It's close to the sea...I love the sound of the water in the early morning and sitting in the lounge in the evening enjoying the wonderful view. It's also close to commodities. It was just PERFECT FOR ME. Thanks Mr. Winston on behalf of my mom myself and nephew would be back soon.

Property's Favourite Review
It's a friendly relaxing place that is located just off the shore. Excellent price. The suites have kitchens, but there is a very nice restaurant on site with a beautiful view of the bay. The small town hosts 'Sunday School'. There is a place close by where you can rent horses to ride along the beach. Take a glass bottom boat ride from Boccoo Bay to the Nylon Pool. On your way to the pool you can stop to do a bit of snorkelling in the coral. Nikki and Winston know the island well. I would suggest talking to Nikki if you are to make plans to do anything in Tobago.

I booked the standard triple room for a quick overnight stay due to the ferry booking a boat that has been on drydock for 2 months. The room was as expected, standard basic, very clean and seems recently upgraded. The host accommodated our cold stuff in the communal kitchen which we couldn't enter possibly due to COVID-19 as the room's mini-fridge hadn't arrived yet. The restaurant was closed for health protocols but we enjoyed a wonderful pizza dinner from the Italian restaurant a few steps away called La Tataruga at the guesthouse little courtyard overlooking the beach. Short walking distance to restaurants, the beach and night activities. Overall stay was good.

Our stay left much to be desired. Upon arrival we were not greeted by Winston, we were unsure of where we needed to go to check in to our room etc. Our first interaction with him was unpleasant, he wore a vest and short pants during this and his attitude was not as welcoming as prior conversations we had via email and phone. Getting to our room was a bit underwhelming, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and privacy was limited as the bathroom had a window where persons from the neighboring property could see directly inside. Trying to make the best of the situation we decided to go down the the highly recommended Luvina's restaurant, only to find out that it was closed. There was no prior communication that the restaurant and bar would closed for the duration of my stay at least. It would have been nice to have dinner or breakfast overlooking the ocean but that did not happen for us unfortunately. Apparently he also had construction going on at the property, so the gates to the jetty/boardwalk was locked and the yard was unkept. During our stay we saw Winston approximately two times, one of which was when we were leaving his property and both encounters he was shirtless and in a short pants. Amenities included faulty wifi, four channels on the t.v (none of which were movie channels), iron at an additional cost, lost of towel (fee is attached), lost of keys $200.00 etc. The best thing about this trip was the beach. THE END

Thank you for your review , we are unaware of the specific room to which you refer , as all bathrooms are appropriately ventilated and those with glass windows are heavily tinted on the weather side , making it in effect one way {looking out}. Additionally all personal interaction between guest & management/staff would be curtailed to a minimum per Covid protocol , and lines of communication open to effectively treat with any problem or request needed , regrettably in this case for all the inconveniences you listed you failed to inform the GM accordingly , as he lives on property, surprisingly you only interacted with him twice and in both instances you were able to speak to his dress code without context and inferred that it was an affront to you for wearing a "vest & short pants" to this end we profoundly apologize. The temporary closure of the restaurant is indeed unfortunate , but information would have been relayed in this regard and alternative neighborhood restaurants were available . As for the on going work, it is structured so as to be of minimal inconvenience during the week and ceasing on week-ends, there are also public works occurring simultaneously to the jetty/Boardwalk hence the closure of this exit/entrance point for Safety reasons. Hopefully this clears up your misgivings and we look forward to hosting you in the not too distant future.

Absolutely beautiful! Enjoyed my stay and looking forward to visit again. I recommend for anyone looking to get away or mini vacation! We had lunch at Luvina’s over looking the vast blue ocean and for dinner my girls and I visited La Tartaruga which is 3mins away from miller’s (walking distance) The beach is incredible! Meditation on mornings is a must just walk with some bug spray haha.
