Coral Gardens is has amazing views. We took Room 2302, 3rd floor overlooking the beach. the wall glass doors are the bomb!. Everything went well from airconditioning, kitchen facilities, housekeeping, towels, swimming pool. Id like to commend the girls from front desk they were very helpful and also the beach guy who took care of the umbrellas and beach chairs making sure everyone is accommodated and customer's things are safe. Bight Reef is just infront of the resort. We rented a car so parking wasnt an issue as well. Only thing i would recommend is telephone as that would have eased some things when you needed to contact front desk or in the event of an emergency, we never had any security issue though as TCI is relatively peacefull. Another recommendation is they may need to improve wifi (thank God i have Roaming), otherwise, Coral Gardens was outstanding and will recommend to friends as well.…
The price and snorkeling location were the main reasons we selected the complex. We stayed in a Grand Oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath room 2101/2102. On the way to the resort we stopped at the grocery store approx 5min away and loaded up on snacks and vacation food. When we first entered the room, the view and the color of the water took our breath away. The view was spectacular and the unit had large sliding glass patio doors that we had open all the time. We would go to the beach which had reserved seating/umbrellas for guests. Our schedule was wake up, grab some bfast, go to the beach, snorkel, jump in the pool, eat lunch at Somewhere Cafe, go to the room take a nap, then back to the beach, snorkel, jump in the pool, then shower up and go to dinner, then sit on the patio listen to the waves with an evening night cap. The only thing lacking was the lack of water park type amenities like slides and gigantic pools. We really did not miss any of those amenities since snorkeling was onsite and an activities booth is right on the beach if you wanted to get adventurous and parasail. Recommended activities - Snorkel Coral Gardens, Caicos Fishing Tour, Caicos Dreams snorkeling tour. Recommended Restaurants - Somewhere Cafe, Conch Shack, and Coco Bistro. Also, highly recommended if your there on a Thurs. Attend the Fish Fry. We walked and the food/festivities were a blast. Overall, this is the best product for the price on Grace Bay. When we go back, this is where we sill stay again.…
The atmosphere is chill and friendly, as is the staff. You're on the beach and the snorkeling a few feet away is some of the best on the island (and beyond). There are many incredible beaches on Turks and Caicos, but many of them just offer the views (which is enough) but I love snorkeling and marine life and you can't beat that here. We started every morning with an hour long swim around the reef. Perfection.
Our family of five stayed in a ground level unit next to the pool at Coral Gardens (July, 2022). It was fantastic all around! The room was very comfortable and well appointed. We were just steps from the beach! One of the best parts, we could snorkel right from the beach! We saw many, many beautiful fish. The restaurant/bar onsite offered good food at decent prices, and, it was steps from the beach! All of the employees were wonderful. Especially one of the beach attendants (I didn't get his name sadly). My son had brushed up against fire coral. The attendant quickly sprang in to action to help him relieve the burning/pain. Later that same day, that same attendant helped my son with his snorkel and mask. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this property!!
This was our first time staying at this facility. The property itself was immaculate and the rooms were beautiful. We had no complaints with our stay or accommodations. We did experience a few small hiccups but were able to have them taken care of easily. My only suggestion would be to have phones in the individuals units that connect to the front desk. Other than that i found the location, accommodations, staff and property to be wonderful and would definitely recommend it to others. The beachfront is beautiful and the staff remains diligent in protecting the Raff from damage by visitors. They would however GReATLY benefit from MORE signage to that effect. The reef is not only ecologically important but it is also a great attraction for the location to tourists. More signage to educate people about the importance of not entering into the blocked off area, touching the coral or harassing the wildlife would benefit everyone.…
We stayed at Coral Gardens in the Grand Ocean View Suite Absolutely beautiful. The Condo was perfect and the view from balcony was 5 Star. You could hear the music at night from Somewhere Cafe which was perfect. Somewhere cafe had excellent fish tacos. Everyone from the resort was always there to help if you need anything. The only thing the beach chairs were uncomfortable the bar would go into your back. The snorkeling is beautiful at Coral Gardens. So many restaurants to go and have dinner.
We really enjoyed our stay at Coral Gardens. The unit was clean and well appointed, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the location in front of the reef was great. We liked that it was a smaller type resort. Maurice and Jerome always greeted us at the beach and set up our chairs. It was nice to not have to worry about getting beach chairs. They also helped with watching our stuff and securing fun water activities. It was convenient to have Somewhere cafe right there for drinks/bite to eat. We enjoyed the love music from our balcony. Coral Gardens is a great value for Grace Bay. Wonderful trip overall!
Stayed for nine days in 2112. Condo is large and roomy. A little dated in furnishings. If cooking meals limited utensils....Ice maker did not work, reported day one but still broken when we left. AC is great. Wifi is ok but slow at times. Second bedroom shower does not have a place to put shampoo or soap during your shower. Close to the beach and view is good. Beach staff Jerome and Moises were great and attentive. Besma and Carolyn in office were always very helpful and arranged a couple of excursions which were great. No grill to cook out. No chairs or floats or cooler to travel with on your excursions around the islands which would have been very nice to have.
We were blown away with the hospitality the staff provided along with the views! We had excellent service from day 1. Jerome was absolutely amazing! We can’t put into words how incredible our overall experience was! We also did a boat excursion that was worth every penny. Caicos Tours I believe is what it was called! Hands down the best family vacation with 3 teenage girls! Thank you Coral Gardens!
I loved the Location of these condos and they had staff on hand to book things for you they were all amazing especially Bessma (spelling?). Everyone was so nice! The somewhere café had really good food great entertainment had a great vibe on the beach looking at the ocean it was just really great. The snorkeling was an added bonus out front of the condos. The chairs and umbrellas were also great!
