First of all, Grace' Bay Beach was outstanding! It is the most stunning beach I have ever seen by far. If you want to experience this beach but you do not want to spend 10 grand on a vacation, this hotel is absolutely perfect. It is very close to the beach (3 minute walk), which is very convenient. The staff...

Thank you for such a great review. Happy to hear that you liked the rose and enjoyed your stay and our staff. I appreciate your comment re the rescue boat and will take that into consideration. Fortunately for now our neighbouring resort that does have a rescue boat has agreed to assist if ever necessary.

We had an excellent week and really liked the facilities. The owners Dale & Wendy were ever attentive to the needs of the guests and very friendly. The staff were pleasant and always accommodating in a warm friendly manner. Breakfast was always good and plentiful. Our room was very clean. We both felt Watson Jolly the friendly pool area supervisor...

Our vacation over all was amazing the island is like a dream with beautiful beaches and wonderful people. It would seem that Turks is a millionaires playground. The secret to getting in is to stay at Port of Call. It is a budget hotel with basic rooms and extras. the rooms are only cleaned every 3 days unless you request...

Thank you for taking the time to submit the review. So happy that you enjoyed the island and would recommend us. One misunderstanding if you return, we do clean the rooms and change the towels every day, it is only the bed linens that are only changed every three days as per industry standards. There is a sign in each room...

Great location and if you don't like renting a car, everything is a short walk. Decent gym for a hotel. Nice breakfast (continental) when you leave. A few mosquito's in room that could be solved if housekeeping kept doors closed while working in the room. I will stay here again.

Thank you for the nice review. You are right that with the maids keeping the doors open during cleaning some mosquitos can enter the room. Unfortunately for safety and liability reasons the doors have to be kept open. Fortunately mosquitos are not bad in Providenciales. Hope we do have the pleasure of having you stay with us again in the...

This is not a resort...motel at best. Very dirty! Rooms need lots of TLC. Pool dirty with no one cleaning! Staff is very rude...lots of attitude! Was very unsure about staying there....wish I had listened to the negative reviews...they are so true and on point! P.S. If you still choose to stay here do not bother making a complaint with...

I am sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Unfortunately, even though we have been at the hotel 24/7 since Christmas I am not aware of any guest notifying us of any serious complaints so it is difficult to respond to your review without knowing specifics on the issues. In general we receive great reviews on our pool and...

If you are going to Turks and Caicos this is the place to stay. Clean hotel, recently renovated, with wonderful, kind staff. The owners are visible and the clientele is social. You don't need a car as there are great restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The rooms have a good size safe and a bar fridge too,! There is...
