I was really impressed with Seven Stars and the island of Turks and Caicos as a whole. It was a place that my wife and I felt we could let our guard down and really relax. The stayed on the first floor and our room included a small kitchen which were utilized to prepare breakfast in the morning. There is...

(And we never typically stay at same place twice!) My wife and I had a delightful experience at Seven Stars again. Albeit, we miss-timed it with March Break so it was much more busy than our previous, tranquil visit (which was fine!) Service was great. In large part to Lila, who took care of us pool-side. Another special experience was...

We stayed at the very wonderful Seven Stars in Turks and Caicos. Our room was huge, a one bedroom garden suite with liv/dining area, bedroom, 1 1/2 baths small desk area and cooking area with two burners, fridge, sink and fully equipped utensils. There was a full wall of windows facing the garden and pool with two sliding glass doors...

I wanted to take a minute to make sure that all of the people at the Seven Stars who made our trip memorable get a shout out. Because without out this excellent service it would just another one of those trips. We were greeted at the airport by a hotel rep and promptly put into a taxi, she even helped...

We took the advice of Trip Advisor reviewers regarding Seven Stars and we weren't disappointed. We stayed in a Junior Suite Ocean Front room in the Alya building from March 21-30 and we had fantastic weather each day. Check in and Check out This was a breeze, we picked up our bags went through arrivals and the Seven Stars rep...

Seven Stars has a beautiful location in the heart of Grace Bay; the beachfront is spacious, and I never had an issue getting a chair either at the beach or the pool (I was out early, though, since I had a toddler with me). It's walking distance from a large grocery store and several restaurants. Service was a little hit-or-miss;...

We just returned from an 8 day stay at Seven Stars that turned into an 11 day stay because one of our children got sick. The hotel got us an appt with a dr and also helped us get to the hospital when it was determined we needed to get there. The hotel went out of their way to make...

The hotel was great, the room was beautiful and large. We were there on vacation without our kids and were looking for something quieter. It is a family hotel but I would say more families are staying at Beaches down the beach which is a kid heaven. The food was good, the beach is beautiful but most of our time...

Seven Stars is a first class, five star resort. My wife and I stayed a week at the end of March. Check-in was as uncomplicated as it gets, thanks to Steve Dallas. He had us take a seat on a couch, a rum punch, sign in and he took us to our room. We had a 6:30am flight out of...

Just arrived this morning around 10:30 and knew we would have to wait for a room but this has become a fiasco. Checked out the room they wanted to give to us. A second floor looking out at some scrub. Asked to be put in a higher room as I had requested when booked all the way back in August....
