My family and I absolutely LOVED Hotel on the Cay!!! The room we were given was very spacious and the views were magnificent! The hotel is the only one on St. Croix that has direct access to the beach....score!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful. There is only one restaurant that sits directly on the beach but the food...

Hotel on the Cay is nice. Appeared to be under going some renovation. Water displays outside off and getting painted. But all the staff was very very nice and helpful when we had questions, even the ferry drivers were great. Now the price of food was over-priced not just at the Cay but everywhere close to it. But the bar...

Protest Cay in Christiansted Harbor is a six acre island with only one property on it. That is the Hotel on the Cay, a 53 room historic hotel that has a private beach facing the harbor and the town Christiansted. There is also a beach bar and restaurant and a water sports shack.the food and drinks are good and you...

Staff nice but neglected "resort" Roaches everywhere. No snorkeling. Overpaid and would not refund difference. No food once you see the kitchen. Stay away. This is a very overrated island period. Snorkeling weak. Streets not safe for a walk. Beware you MUST HAVE A VALID US passport to leave. It was terrible seeing people held up at the airport. Customs...

Was turned off by the thought of having to take a water taxi but it was so convenient since we never waited longer than 5 minutes and the ride takes 5 minutes across the harbor in protected waters. The beach is nice manicured white sand with crystal clear waters and beach chairs are included in the hotel cost umbrellas are...

Rooms have fantastic views of the harbor, sunrise was beautiful each morning. The staff was wonderful especially the boat captains. Restaurant is only open...

The location is great, private, beautiful views. But ! it needs to be updated. It is a shame to have this beautiful place and not update / renovate. The balconies are unsafe, I wouldn't go there with kids. Units - bathroom was newer, the main room dated. Grounds and the beach clean. Rats after dark ;(

The property is tired and needs an overhaul. Our room was poor to fair, we had air conditioning problems with the condensor leaking on the floor. I asked management 3 different times to fix and their solution was to bring us more towels to soak up the water. When we checked out I had a conversation with the manager about...

My husband and I just got back from a 5 day trip to St Croix and stayed on the Hotel on the Cay. It was a fantastic trip. Like most of the reviews on this hotel say, the property is a bit tired but the location is SUPERB! There is a water taxi that picks you up and takes you...

The hotel is situated on a small Island 100 m from Christiansted. Great place, with a Great beach, with chairs and a bar, and a swimmingpool. The rooms however are worn, and the interior also. Also the hotel reception. You come to the Island by a small boat, and that is a cozy (fun)way to arrive. The view from the...
