did not stay here, but frequented the Palms for dinner. Great food. Great service! Always something going on there---one night there was a band, one night trivia! So much fun! And right on the water! Can't beat the view

Monday nites are MACKO JUMBIE feast time. The music is native to the VI and the people are friendly. The food is buffet but good fare. Everyone enjoyed their meal and it was inexpensive . The show included several acts and was part of the meal charge. Must see.

We booked two rooms and after the first night i asked to be moved to a room with a quiet AC. This was done graciously within 2 hours. Asked for a bath tub mat, it appeared mysteriously. All the front desk staff very accomodating and friendly. Breakfast and lunch food outstanding, as was the service. The mattress was like sleeping...

Where do I even start? This Hotel is over priced for what you get. The view is beautiful but it does not make up for the fact that it is in disarray and located in a bad neighbor hood. Lets begin with my room. I stayed in room 7 with a fantastic view...that is the ONLY thing that was fantastic...

Everyone has different ideas on places they want to go and things they want to do - not every trip taken meets expectations. I am sorry to hear that your visit here to the island did not go as you had hoped. I appreciate the opportunity to respond, not to suggest that you don’t have an absolute right to an...

My husband and I have stayed at The Palms before and it is a great choice for St. Croix. We always come here because of the great location, (close to Christiansted and easy roads to the east side or north side of the island), the fabulous view, easy access and just a few steps from the beach, great friendly staff...

I stayed at the Palms for a 4 night stay over MLK weekend. I'm a single Mom with three kids. The beautiful ocean front beach is literally steps away from your room. But what makes the Palms for me is the extraordinary customer service and amazing restaurant near both the beach and the pool. The staff are spot-on to make...

The Palms is a place to relax. An older resort that doesn't have all of the frills of an 'All-Inclusive' but what it lacks in frills, it makes up in quiet, and lack of crowds. Our deluxe room was on the second floor over looking the Caribbean and a short 30 yards from the beach. It was nice, nothing bad,...

Beautiful room- this is right on the beach in STX. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. It was New Years Eve but so quiet and relaxed. Very clean room! A very large pool and light music playef through dinner.

Yes- there are 2 nicer resorts on STX- at HUNDREDS of dollars more per night. The Palms is right on the water- nice beach, nice pool, nice bar, ok restaurant. Monday night has dinner & a Caribbean show - not great but fun. The Christmas winds made snorkeling a bust (bottom sand all stirred up) but drifting off to sleep...

This property sits in front of the beach. We went in Dec, which was particularly stormy. Perhaps during other times of the year the beach is calmer, we only swam in it once. The pool is really lovely. Overall a great vacation at a reasonable cost. We used the hotel's taxi driver for everything-Maurice and he was so sweet and...
