I am a repeat offender of the Palms, this being my ninth time staying at this amazing property. This time, my partner and I were getting married at the hotel. It was truly the most amazing, magnificent, and memorable wedding and vacation! We had several family and friends who joined us, and Julie the hotel manager once again went above...

The Palms is great hotel with a fantastic staff who made sure all our needs were met. The cove and the reef were teeming with all manner of sea life and the snorkeling was an adventure courtesy of Chuck, the owner, and Mitch his manager. The food was excellent and the weekly Carribean Night was a great festival. We heartily...

I'm not normally one to write a review. In this case, I felt my experience was worth the effort. The owners and staff pulled off the best destination wedding in history, according to over 75 guests. The food was tasty and beverages were priced reasonably. The grounds were beautiful, and we could walk right out of our room and walk...

Thank you for the wonderful review - your kind comments mean a lot to us. Our staff recognize and appreciate that no one here is more important than our guests. That is a prerequisite to working here at The Palms. Our staff, Joyce and I included, have a great time making sure that our guests have a wonderful stay, and...

My family traveled to the resort for a destination wedding. The wedding party was rather large for being a destination wedding and I know the wedding planner and hotel management really bent over backwards to ensure the bride and groom were satisfied. We had a few bumps in the road but felt that it was properly taken care of by...

This is a wonderful place to stay if you are planning on visiting St Croix. Room was very nice-large comfortable bed. Restaurant right on the beach - excellent food to go with a lovely view overlooking the water. Our hosts were truly tremendous providing excellent advise as to what to do as well as providing excellent snorkeling activities right at...

The beautiful location, supplemented by the helpful staff, made this the perfect relaxing get away for us. The laid back atmosphere, good affordable food, and side trips provided by The Palms added to it. With use of snorkeling equip. & easy lessons from Mitch, as well as where & what to see, off the beach there, made the stay. Mitch...

The weather was not great the week we came, but everything about The Palms was fantastic! We were surprised to find that we enjoyed the food at the restaurant (including the great prices) better than anywhere else. We actually gave up on eating "out" and chose to eat at the Palms. Food was great ! The rooms are not luxurious,...

My husband and I picked The Palms based on previous TripAdvisor reviews, and it was an excellent choice! Even though the weather was unusual and less than perfect the week we visited, we had a fabulous, relaxing, entertaining time. Our room had been recently redone and was clean, comfortable, spacious and well decorated. Loved the fresh flowers, and the complimentary...

Thank you for the wonderful review; I will make sure it gets passed along to all the staff. As you noted, and depending on ones vacation goals, it is not necessary to rent a car. We are centrally located on the island close to Christiansted, so many things are just a short cab ride away. And the island safari tour...

I can not say enough wonderful things about our stay at the Palms..We traveled from all over to celebrate the wedding of our daughter and now husband. It was our first vacation after a stressful work year so we needed rest and relaxation!! We researched and picked this hotel and were glad we did so! We have a tennis court and complimentary gear. There are many hiking trails on the island and we regularly make excursions with guests. There are 40 spacious rooms at the hotel, and all offer panoramic oceanfront views from expansive terraces. All rooms are air conditioned, and are equipped with a small refrigerator and coffee maker. The Palms Restaurant is located on property and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Mahogany Bar is located beachside, serves up wonderful beverages, and has a late night bar menu.
