The family was very cordial and efficient in checking us in. Also very helpful in getting our luggage to the rooms. The shower was not very good, but the room was clean and the a/c worked fine. The complimentary breakfast was not huge, but good and the coffee was great. Dinner in the restaurant was very good and reasonable as...

In truth this trip was a medical sojourn to visit my doctor. So I hate to call it "business" when "medical" travel should really be designated as an option by TripAdvisor and other travel sites. Tourism also needs to add "Medical" as a part of their planning and marketing and provisions. As it turned out a friend and I did...

This hotel has a wonderful location on a small knoll in the heart of town - and even lovely views from some points. This makes it heartbreaking that it has been so neglected. Although the staff could not be any more welcoming and hospitable, and the included breakfast is very good, the facilities are not even close in value to...

The hotel was cheap and therefore appealing. No elevator so we had 60 stairs to climb every day. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant on sight was awesome and the service was very good. The staff was very nice and helpful. The parking was poor and was nervous about leaving the rental car parked on the...

The room was very inexpensive for the area. As such there were both positives and negatives. Pros - it is an old building so the rooms are quaint and had personality. The views were interesting. The on site restaurant was outstanding. The breakfast was also wonderful. Beds were comfortable. The wifi when it worked was good. Cons- GPS had an...

My husband and I loved this hotel. It is in the downtown area of Charlotte Amalie, but in a quieter area. It was built in the 1980s and is a locally owned hotel. The front desk staff is VERY helpful. The room was quiet and clean. The only drawback is there is no elevator, so we had to carry our...

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed. The room was filthy, the bathroom gross, and the in-room fridge had old food in it from previous guests. There are two parking spaces, or one if a large vehicle takes the spot. You are likely to have to park on the street where your rental will be in serious danger of...

We were recommended this hotel by someone who lives on the island. Glad we followed up on it. Clean rooms, family owned hotel Very close to shops. Loved the breakfast. Stayed only 1 night Will come again.

After check in, headed to the restroom where the first thing to greet me was a large cockroach on the sink. The trash can was overflowing and there was no toilet paper. Our initial room had mold growing in the bathroom, cigarette burns on the blanket, a broken chest of drawers with yellow stained paper liners and a metal rack...

Bunker Hill is quite well-located accommodation. It offers a pleasant, very basic stay with a clean and comfortable bed, working AC, and a nice view from the breakfast area. The staff is very helpful and friendly. We stayed here with my fried for a night before heading towards St.John, and all related to our stay went smoothly.
