Four stars instead five because the rooms were a bit dated as others have mentioned, but everything else was fantastic! Definitely recommend doing all-inclusive. All the staff was friendly and helpful, wonderful food, amazing views. Be sure to visit 007 at the bar and take a cruise on the Heavenly Days. Take the trip!

This is a great resort for the price, I highly recommend doing the all inclusive especially if you are drinkers. (it will pay for itself by the 2nd day). Pro's: Great service from the front desk, the bartenders & management (Keith) they will take care of all your needs. The food and drinks are awesome, Iggies was great everynight, not...

We loved this place. The service here was first rate. Everyone of the staff made you feel like you were the most important guests they ever had. They think of a lot of little details that really make the difference, like a rose for every lady during the valentine's dinner or the tubs of sandbox toys on the beach for...

Had a great time at Bolongo Bay. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Had super bowl in the beach with big screen tv's and plenty of food and drinks. Room was nice and roomy and had a balcony to sit and watch the bar in the background along with beach. Enjoyed watching 3 weddings on the beach, plenty of water...

We decided to not do the all- inclusive because of our late arrival. But we enjoyed the breakfasts at the Lobster Grille & pub fare food at Iggies! Our front desk clerk called the bar to ask them to stay open so could have a libation before turning in. The resort is older & modest but very well kept &...

Beautiful location and grounds.Hotel is not new and modern but well kept, clean and large. Do the all inclusive makes for an easy stay. Not typical all inclusive no buffets all meals are ordered. Two restaurants to choose from. Lots of activities. Enjoyed the sailing and snorkel trip. All service was with a smile.

Bolongo Bay is the Best resort on St Thomas. Very quiet (0nly 60 some rooms) but it has everything you want. Great Food at Lobster Grille ( Victor and Jene are great!) and the best beach bar with good food at Iggies (Ask for Heather..the best waitress on the island). Do the all inclusive...well worth it. No buffets. Everything is...

My husband and I booked through JetBlue Getaways and enjoyed direct flight from Boston to St. Thomas. We chose to not get the inclusive package but found the food and drink to be affordable. We had a wonderful experience from arrival through departure with excellent service. We enjoyed breakfasts on the lovely Lobster Grille and some afternoon and evening meals...

Last year we stumbled upon this gem during lunch with the wedding I photographed so when my godparents said they booked a vacation here over Christmas and wanted us to join it didn't take long for us to sign up! I will start out with the ONLY bummer about this property - the rooms aren't the best BUT it all...

Pros: Small hotel, 2 great restaurants, friendly and attentive service, nice beach, good assortment of water toys, and a great place to R&R. We were on the All inclusive package which is optional. Cons: Bathrooms need updating.
