To whom it may concern, I'm writing regarding a stay at the nant ddu lodge last night, I didn't want to publicise my complaint as generally my only concern was the room. However after sending 2 emails and still awaiting a response you have given me no choice but to write on here. The food was absolutely beautiful and the...

Myself and two family members visited today for a spa day as a late birthday celebration. I had a facial and back neck/shoulder massage. My sister had a full body massage. Both were wonderful experience. The lady performing my treatment was called Charlotte and she is an absolute credit to your business. She was so lovely and made me feel...

When I planned our visit to The UK I decided to revisit Wales. My wife and I spent several days in Cardiff 5 years ago and we decided to explore the Brecon Beacon National Park area. I spent a lot of time searching our options for a good hotel and finally chose the Nant Ddu Lodge Hotel. I must be...

Lovely setting & locally sourced food has made this hotel one of my favourite places to eat & stay. Would recommend the spa weekend for a relaxing break as the facilities are great & the staff are professional & friendly. We had a comfy room at the back of hotel & with good parking facilities.

Stayed here for a few days recently. It's the third time I've been and always enjoy the stay here. The staff are excellent and the rooms are generally spacious and modern. The hotel also has a spa and excellent leisure facilities and it's always nice to relax in the hot tub or steam room after a day on the hills....

We had a 3 night stay here, and for a 3 star hotel it was excellent. The spa etc must , in my opinion, make it a 4 star. Never having been to the area before, we found the room good, a good varied menu in the Bistro ( we dined in on all 3 evenings), and after walking during...

Enjoyed a 2 night stay here recently. Wouldn't recommend the Tredegar room to light sleepers, as it is a little noisy. However, it was comfortable and spacious. Delicious evening meal, served by pleasant but inexperienced staff. Very average breakfast. The hotel is clean and well presented . Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. Have visited several times and...

Booked at part of their 'Back To School' spa package deal (£60pp). While it was far from the best hotel I have stayed in, it served its purpose of a relaxing getaway following a walk/climb up Pen Y Fan. The service seemed inexperienced (eg, forgot to provide the promised complimentary bottle of wine, charged us for our free breakfast) but...

My husband & I stayed here on the autumnal saver offer. The hotel it's self is quite shabby. The bedroom furniture was of good quality but the room was in need of redecoration. As were the corridors and public spaces. The swimming pool area with jacuzzi, steam room & sauna were good. Again a bit shabby. Having said that we'd...
