I just got back from a three night stay at Coconut Coast Villas and it was absolutely perfect. The hosts, Julie and David, were very accommodating and helpful. Upon arrival they were ready to great us. They showed us the lay of the land and brought us to our room. We stayed in the Poinsettia room and it was amazing, the balcony was right on the ocean (all of the rooms have an ocean front balcony) and it was great falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves every night. The room itself was very clean and very spacious. There was a nice kitchenette (stove, sink, and refrigerator) and each room came equipped with beach towels and a cooler. It may seem small but not having to pack beach towels ourselves or bring our own cooler was a great space saver. There was a satellite television in the room, but I don't think we even turned it on once. As far as other amenities, the hotel had a small pool that was nice for a quick dip. It is right on the water but it is a rocky beach and there are some sea urchins so make sure to have water shoes. I personally did not snorkel here but I heard it was worth doing if you have time. There is an honor bar fridge with beers, sodas, and waters. There is also a washer and dryer available for those that need it. Beach chairs are also available to the guests on a first come first serve basis, we were out the door around 9 or 10 each day and never had an issue with getting two of them. The hotel is walking distance to downtown Cruz Bay during the day. There is a rocky path that goes around the salt pond and leads out next to the Coconut Coast Studio that is only open at night. It is about a 10-15 minute walk, there is one hill but it is easily do-able. We also rented snorkeling gear from them which costs much less than other rental shops on the island. All in all it was a great stay and I couldn't recommend this place highly enough. I would absolutely stay there again.

What an amazing little place to stay!!! We where blown away by this little villa. It has everything you need, a beautiful snorkel right off the pool, a cool and lovely pool and jacuzzi, and so many special little amenities!! Like a grill and laundry facilities. It’s just a short walk into town which is such an amazing plus, and the room was exactly what we needed, air conditioned, clean and comfortable. We will definitely be coming again and will highly recommend it to friends!!

The Coconut Coast Villas was a complex of 2 buildings with between 8-10 rooms. It included a small pool area with chairs, grill and a hot tub. There was ample parking for all rooms and a laundry facility. Included with the villa was the use of a cooler and beach chairs. Our room was a studio with a small couch and small kitchen area. The kitchen area included a full size fridge, sink, microwave and small stove. There was a large closet and plenty of storage for luggage. The bathroom was good sized with a sink and shower. Our room had a ceiling fan and an AC unit over the bed. The best part of the room was the deck with an awesome view of the pool area and bay (Car Ferry Bay). The shore line was quite rocky but you could easily get down to the water. Next door was another set of villas and the Sea Shore Allure hotel. Overall we did enjoy the hotel, it was only a 5-10 walk into Cruz Bay and the view from our room was awesome. We would stay there again in the future.

This place has great management. David and Julie were very helpful in telling us about hikes and beaches and directions. Andrew was also there in the beginning and gave us a wealth of information about the Island. Great people. Island is very safe and very friendly. Rooms are clean and offer all amenities needed for a great stay. Pictures of the rooms are accurate. Great to eat in your room and save money. Pool is clean, hot tub we never used but looked great. Balconies are awesome!! They make the room and that is where we spent most of our time. Unless we were in the shower trying to wash some sand off from beaching or hiking all day. Exchange towels as needed, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, garbage bags all provided. Just ask. Have a honor bar to grab a pop or beer. Prices listed. One thing I would say to bring and throw in your suitcase is 3 or 4 ice treys to make your own. Ours had 1 ice trey. And I'm sure if I would've asked Julie and David would've supplied me with more. It wasn't anything to cry about. Just keep your ice treys full because you'll need them for your cooler. Provided is a nice size hard cooler to take to the beach, along with chairs and I think you can ask for a umbrella. We never did. Wifi worked great. I was told it was slow, but I didn't think so. Centrally located and very close to town. Makes it nice to run back and forth with no problems. We will be back. Thanks for being great host David and Julie. One thing I may add is October was a great month to go. Its slow season and we loved it having the trails and beaches without a lot of people. And locals are awesome!
