I love this hotel, the staff, the ambiance, the close proximity to shopping down town, the diversity f the surrounding restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone making a trip to the Bahamas. If the visit is for business or pleasure

We needed a place to stay for one night before traveling on to one of the Bahamas out islands and chose the Hilton. There wasn't much to choose from since most hotels were either sold out or would not quote a price for just one night on a weekend. We paid top dollar for the room but it turned out...

We struggle with coming up with stuff to do on this port of call. This was our second time in Nassau and at first we had planned on going to the Atlantis but felt our son was still too young to try the rides and our time was a bit short. So we took a last minute decision and tried...

Have stayed at the hilton a few times. The check in staff were always very pleasant and helpful. The room was ok, no complaints there either. Very clean. Maids very polite. The restaurant is a different matter. I had breakfast there twice, however decided to eat outside as staff(waiters and hostess) were not the friendliest, nor the quickest and the...

Greetings from Nassau, Thank you for staying with us. Our repeat guest feedback is especially welcomed as you have had a few opportunities to review our service and offerings. We appreciate your positive feedback about our front desk, rooms, housekeeping and chefs; but we will definitely have to place more emphasis in our pool and beach service and the gym...

This hotel was very expensive and I was expecting a nice hotel and pool / courtyard. What we found was a pool that was dirty, an outdoor bar that had holes in the roof and missing tiles, and a bathroom that was dirty. The wait staff in the bars and restaurant were slow to serve and to ask if anything...

We went on our trip to Nassau for our honeymoon. This was the first time I've ever been outside of the continental U.S. before so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. The room itself was ok, other than the bed being uncomfortable and the shower door not closing all the way and leaving a pool of water in front...

This is an excellent hotel for the age that it is. Rooms are fairly modern, small but comfortable. Breakfast is excellent in the restaurant. The executive lounge is well equipped and the staff there are friendly. Where this hotel really falls apart is with regards to the beach and pool. The hotel and staff at the beach and pool very...

Thank you for taking the time to write your review! We appreciate your kind words with reference to our guest rooms, breakfast and executive lounge. We will need to place more focus on our area of improvement in the pool and beach service as noted. All of our guests should be treated the same; with respect and timely, courteous service....

After several months on an outer island, I like to "transition" back to a busier world by spending a night or two in Nassau before flying back to the states. I've stayed at the "BC" nearly every year (sometimes, twice in a year, sometimes for a week) since 1986. That testimony speaks loud and clear regarding my preference when in...

The staff is friendly, the food is delicious and it's away from the hustle and bustle of Paradise Island. It's about 30 seconds from Bay Street and the straw market so shopping is plentiful. A beautiful location. Staff was friendly. The price was outrageously high (in-room internet was also an extra charge). The location is good for walking around the waterfront. “Don't choose this hotel. Lots of other options for the price.”
  • Headboard/lighting shelf over the bed...was probably last dusted a year ago
  • Black mold growing on shower walls.
  • This is a so-called ocean view
  • bathroom and shower doors opening into one another...mirror on back of door could easily smash
  • Why not just fill that hole in? Or silicon the metal ring to the wall to cover it?
  • Very dusty headboard, pics don't do it justice. This is over the bed.
