The weekend of August 6th 2016, we were looking to do something different. We spent all day on Saturday rolling cigars at the cigar factory with the help of Alli (with an "I"), making chocolate bars (and eating them too), enjoyed an amazing dinner at the Humidor Churrascaria and then received a grand tour of the incredible wine cellar. All...

Visited this Hotel and learned a great deal about the man it was named after. There is a statue of him located outside of the Hotel. It's in the heart of everything and very quiet. Met and spoke to some of the employees and learned more history about the Hotel from them. They Hotel also has a restaurant and chocolate...

A step back in time versus some of the newer restaurants in Nassau and Atlantis. Experiential dining , start with a pre dinner cocktail in the piano bar with big leather sofa and old world style. Stick to one cocktail, costs add up quickly. If you can look past the expense , the menu is extensive, food is rich, indulgent...

Had lunch here and visited the cigar shop and the incredible wine cellar. Don't miss Graycliff Hotel!! You'll be treated like family - like royal family. My friends and I didn't stay here. We were docked on a cruise ship and visited here for lunch. However, if I go back, I would love to stay a night or two. I'm...

The gray cliff hosts an elegant wine lunch with tours of their amazing wine cellar (number 3 in the world) cigar factory and chocolate factory. Great way to spend a few hours in nasseau. We had been there almost 30 years ago and we're excited to go back. Very close to where the cruise ships dock. Short walk or quick...

We stayed here for two nights and couldn't have been more delighted. Had no idea what to expect upon arrival and it exceeded all my expectations. We slept in the Woodes Rogers room which was beautiful and looks just as pictured in the Graycliff coffee table book. The AC works brilliantly as needed on a June vacation when the humidity...

Cigar Rolling Lesson at Graycliff was so cool! After giving us the history of how cigars are made and the types of leaves used to make cigars, walked thru the huge humidor and learned about how long they let them sit for, we got to watch them roll the cigars. After watching both my husband and I got to choose...

The Graycliff is one of the best luxury experiences that you'll find if you're also a history lover. At more than 300 years old and counting, you're literally surrounded by that history at every turn. I didn't stay in any of the rooms, but the property is open to the public for limited viewing. The foyer area is like walking...

Despite having cancelled my reservation 3+ weeks prior to my arrival, the extremely rude accounts manager refused to reverse the no-show fee of $350 charged to my credit card. How would I know the name of the person I spoke to and that she was working that particular day and time unless I truly did call . I was told...

Dear BermudaBella, While we appreciate your frustration, it is our policy that guests must return to their original form of booking to cancel reservations. Just as our front desk agent advised you. And she's 1000% sure that she advised you as such. Also, after you called and didn't get an email confirming your cancellation did you not think that was...
