After reading all the positive reviews about this hotel my wife and I were very dissatisfied with our one night stay there. The room was very aged and in need of updating. Paid $641.00 for the suite and feel like I was really taken as things in this suite did not work properly and needed work. Nothing was included in... More

If you like historic, old world charm, Graycliffe is the perfect hotel! Everyone is so kind, hotel is cleanly and you can enjoy their cigar lounge while sitting in the gardens. You can walk to town, beach and ships is a three minute walk down the road. It is safe and we have been here numerous times, always felt comfortable.... More

My wife and I decided to take a step away from a beach break and enjoy Nassau proper. Graycliff was the answer. First..very elegantly furnished rooms gave the feel of a better time and more traditional days. Staff extremely helpful. Food was top game. Steps away from all that Nassau offers. The beach is close enough but there is just... More

I was recommended to go to Graycliff for the day, and I'm so glad I did. It is such a beautiful property with a very friendly staff who is always at the ready to make sure you are taken care of. The pool is stunning and quiet, which made it completely relaxing. Definitely a must if you're in Nassau.

Amazing Staff, all so accommodating! Monty is the man really went above and beyond to make our meal special! Wine cellar hands down worlds best, never seen a rarer nor more diverse collection. Cigar factory transplants you to the Havana glory days! The chocolates are the Bahamas best kept secret! Won't stay any where else in Nassau!

What a surprise tucked up on a hill. The staff was amazing and it had a great historic feel. They offer many things on ground such as the Chocolate factory, gift shop etc. The locals were great at telling the history. The art and decorations were great period pieces.

My family and I recently visited Nassau as a Port of Call on a cruise. We didn't book any excursions because we didn't want to feel rushed or under a time schedule. Our initial intent was to visit the local beach. We walked there but didn't feel like that would be a relaxing spot to stay for the day. We... More

I stayed here for one night as a sort of "mandatory" holding time in the Bahamas. I wasn't expecting too much from this place but as soon as I arrived I realized the Graycliff is truly a gem. The ambiance makes you feel as if you have just returned home. The rooms are very unique and not at all like... More

Stayed here for three nights and ate at the hotel facilities for two of the three nights. Firstly the room was comfortable without being special. Everything worked, we had plenty of towels and were well looked after. We ate initially at the hotel's Brazilian restaurant - now having been to Rio many times, I can say that this is a... More

What can I say, if you want to stay in a hotel calling itself “5 star” be my guest, but beware of the following things, Greycliff is 1st & foremost a restaurant, not a hotel! That being said, you will like Greycliff if: -you enjoy being treated rudely & are made completely unwelcome on multiple occasions by one of the... More
