I can't believe this place exists, it's a total scam, don't waste your time, stay away from them, when I read the reviews I knew that it won't be good but I never imagined how TERRIBLE it was. I don't know how the government aloud them to be operate, They offer an aerport shuttle, WiFi, hot water, etc. you are not going to get it. The worst hotel experience of my life!!!

Bahamasair cancelled their flight to Nassau from Freeport so we were stranded in Freeport for several hours waiting for the next flight to Nassau. Missed our connecting flight home and were put up in this hotel by Bahamasair. The room was ill equipped, not enough towels, no soap, no towel rack, dysfunctional shower. My husband had a shower and told me it is not working taking one. I ended up with insect bites to my right leg. The bedding sheets were thin and short for the bed, the pillows were lumpy and there was no luggage stands. TV had a volume problem so did not watch. The tiny balcony door did not close properly so left room for bugs to enter the room. I spend the evening and into the night trying to find a flight home as I did not want to spend another night at this hotel. Certainly not up to my expectations and I am disgusted that Bahamasair would place people there when they cancelled their flights.

STAY AWAY !! Don’t even think about making a reservation with this “Resort” they are a big scam. I did a reservation and as soon as I did it they took all the money I had in my account. I have been trying to get in contact with them and the person there always says that the manager is not there. It has been already a month and I still without being able to get my money back. I’m sure they’ll never give me my money back since I’m not able to speak with any person, no one is in charge.

Stayed one night to catch an early flight the following day. It was just horrible. Dirty, noisy, slow. We did not get the original room we booked. The room was disgusting and the staff seemed to have given up to do anything about the disarray long time ago.

This place is awful the rooms are dirty, the bathroom don’t even get me started on that. They need to learn how to clean properly and do it right because that place is a dump. Do not spend your money here, go to Atlantis and spend a couple more dollars so you can stay in a clean hotel! If i could give this a negative 5 i would that how horrible this place is

awful, awful awful, no air, no tv remote, no phone, clerk awful too, cabbie warned us not to go out at night, no places near to eat. 'residents' noisy by pool no windows airport conceirge must get a kick back for the 'cash only' clause.

I wish to God I had looked at reviews before going to this hit from hell... I have never stayed in a more disgusting, infested, fleabag Hotel in my entire life. I was overcharged and had no service, no eyes, very smelly water, the place and not been cleaned, sand and some others sawdust like substance coded the floors and was even inside the drawers. There were no trash cans anywhere so I threw any garbage I had in a dirty Korner which is where I can only assume everyone else must have thrown their trash is well. Thank God I don't carry a blue light like the forensics teams on TV, or I'm sure I never would have been able to lay down in the bed and fall asleep eventually,after the hooker in the next room stop having sex...so I guess what I'm saying is don't bring the kids don't bring family don't go anywhere near this place please I beg you for your own safety !! peace

Sun fun resort gave me a disgusting experience and I have pictures to show how terrible the room was I stayed in! I felt like I was in an out Of order room. The room roof had holes, there were old condom wrappers behind the stand,the shower wasn't working, the pool was dirty due to renovation of the area near the pool and much more. I am very dissatisfied!

We stayed here because we were desperate due to an issue with our plane not heading out as scheduled; this was the only hotel with a reasonable priced room for one night. They are NOT A RESORT at all; it is worse than a Motel 6 or America's Best Value Inn. They charge anywhere from $100-$150 for what they call a room. It usually consists of a full size bed, no hot water, and extremely dirty conditions. Basically, you don't want to touch anything in the room. Some lights don't work, no remote for the television, etc. Customer service is poor at best. Even after telling them we had no hot water, they seemed to care less about making things right.
The only positives of this hotel is they are about 10 minutes from the airport, and the Mojo's restaurant next door is decent.
Avoid this hotel at all costs!

This was absolutely the worst hotel I could ever even imagine staying at. Long story short we slept with our clothes on, on top of the sheets praying for morning to come. No a/c, tv didn't turn on, pool had grey colored water that resembled a swamp, towels looked filthy, and door locks didn't work. All for the low price of $197 for the one night we were forced to stay as there were no rooms available anywhere in Nassau. Pictures below show the flat screen tv that didn't have power running to it, and the view from our patio off of the unit.
