Last minute they decided to switch the two bed room we booked and gave us a 1 bedroom when we asked for a refund they said they weren’t able to do that but they will give us a credit like df ! And full of roaches omg, the Tv doesn’t even work and who ever does housekeeping did an awful job cleaning the room I would not recommend Honestly

First of their customers service representatives are misleading. I spoke to them and told them that I wanted a two bedroom home and was told that I was getting same. Upon our arrival it was not a two bedroom but a small cut off room up in the attic and a bed outside the half bedroom. You will think being that the bedroom is upstairs there will at least be a half bath upstairs, again nothing so at night you have go downstairs to use the bathroom. Upon arrival the internet was down and this was for three days, the representative told us he didn't know. Unacceptable because all this suppose to be check before the arrival of your guests. The have yet to be clean from the time I arrived and they're selling that they have a generator but twice power was off and were told that the generator was not working. The place can be beautiful but better management and information needs to be available to guests. Debbie and…
