Disgusting, dirty, no management, no crew on site This place is shady, no electricity, no hot water, sink and shower drains are clogged, roaches, no telephone number where you can contact them, they dont answer messages on booking.com Countless negative things!!! I only stayed because I had nowhere else to go but be advised!!!!!! They call guests to solve issues that they should be here solving!!!!

I travel often and try to stay at local air b n b's instead of a hotel. We had a booking for the Parrot cottage at viking hill. The pictures on line were really nice and the reviews although limited were good so we decided to stay. When we arrived the place looked abandoned. Its a large house that they split up into sections. Theres no parking lot so you have to pull on the grass if available and your vehicles are not secured. The yard is unkept as well. They were renovating the main section which they did not mention when I booked so we met loud noise going on. When Bianca arrived (host) She took us to the room. I was already skeptical because she led us through a gate that let up the side of the house toward the back .This path has a lot of open bushes that's not well kept. Anyone can come in off the street and hide in the yard an attack you. There's no security on the property during the day either. The room was in the back of the house, the view is of old unpainted parts of the house and an unkept courtyard, There were no screens in the windows, and the blinds they had at the front door didnt cover the entire door so persons outside can easily look into the room at anytime... it didn't feel safe. The pillows and sheets on the bed were stained and very old. We decided to check into another establishment because this place was not fit. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, its not worth what they're charging. I will never go back here again.

Greeting and check-in were fast and friendly. The facilities were clean. The location was quiet and quite relaxed as I arrived mid to late afternoon for a brief one night stay. The swimming pool was shaded and the stay was enjoyable. There are hotel room-sized lockers available. There is a kitchenette area in the bunking are assigned to.

Nice quite spot, room with a sea view as promised for a good price. The wifi worked as did the air-con. theres couple of nice local restaurants nearby, Quick and easy. Cornelia was very helpful in dealing with any questions i had regarding taxis etc. Bus stop at the bottom of the road that takes you into the centre once again quick and easy with frequent busses, Locals where all amazing and friendly.

TRASH JUST TRASH ! STAY AWAY !If I could leave zero stars for this place I would. These people are SCAMMERS AND LIARS. They will try to scam you out of more money. The accommodations look nothing like the pictures. They have zero people skills. We booked the cottage - terrible ugly - sewer smell goes up into the cottage, moldy smell and the bathroom smells like expired piss ! We asked to be re-accommodated and they charged us extra saying that it’s an “upgrade” even though they told booking.com that they wouldn’t charge us! plus they could not get us a shuttle from the cottage to the new place so they sent a taxi which we had to pay out of her own pocket $45. The new place at VIKING HILL had NO RUNNING WATER and the wifi is non-existent. And when it rained the rain water comes through the apartment on our stuff. They gave us 3 towels to soak up the water! So much more happened with these people I CANT STRESS IT ENOUGH!please stay away!!!!!
