Very basic hotel despite a good call price. The rooms are not cleaned every day. Never met anyone from the management. The hotel is divided in two. Lost in the middle of nowhere the taxis have difficulty finding the places. The girls at the reception save the furniture..

· Oasis 4 doesn't look ANYTHING like the photos! Was told on arrival "we need to update the photos as it is just a basic studio room, not like the photos or description at all (bedroom, separate living area, separate bathroom)- been this way for years" What a scam! Got given another room for a few days, then had to pack all our stuff again and move into another room for the last few days - so inconvenient, especially considering we had booked months in advance. Receptionist Judy barely ever at the desk & takes hours to respond to messages & when she is finally around she doesn't care much for the guests, you feel like you're inconveniencing her & ruining her holiday rather than the other way round! The other receptionist always looks confused whenever you ask a basic question - initially thought she was just stepping in but she was on the oasis retreat desk a few days so no idea! Customer service non-existent. Shower water in Loft 14 was freezing cold, location very out of the way - just save yourself the stress & book with a different place because Oasis Retreat is nothing like what you pay for! Colony club receptionist - absolutely lovely & super helpful on the other hand.

The oasis does not live up to your expectations. They give you poor all around service, they put up a website for rooms but Restaurant assure u won't get what u booked because they have there priorities confused. This is not what u will be praying for so please dnt go there. You would be better off living in the forest.

Unless you enjoy staying in below a hostel-like setting … do not stay here. This is for transients (the taxi driver tried to warn me). Doors barely lock, cockroaches in room, tiny pool shared between 2 ‘motels’, photos deceiving. Broken sidewalks, plastic pipes everywhere on ground, beds were rock hard… basically a nightmare. If you are in your 20’s, want to drink your face off and don’t care where you sleep - this is your place. If you are middle age have a young child with you — don’t even look at this place. Oasis my foot! Had originally booked for 12 nights… did not stay one after seeing the state of disrepair and general neglect. “Basic” is a kind description for this place.

I had to stay for my business only for one night. It was a nice walk from the downtown. There is a nice kitchen, sink, microwave, gas stove. It would be perfect to stay long time. There was a Netflix connected. The internet was first enough. The water pressure was great but the temperature was not high enough. Considering the price I would definitely come back to this place if I have to visit the country for my work again.

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff is super friendly and helpful from the front desk clerk down to the housekeeping ladies. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfy. I would definitely stay again
