Property's Favourite Review

This unit was very nice and close to the beach as advertised. Both Isaac and Arnold were very accommodating and gave many recommendations. Access to the private beach was probably my favorite. It is literally seconds from the door. If I had any critiques it would be that it would be nice to have a full length mirror or even something bigger than what was in the restrooms that maybe sit lower. There was no way to check out your outfit but that could be the vanity in me. Lol! Somewhere to rinse the sand off would be ideal as well. Overall, the stay was great. There were stores and restaurants within walking distance as well as the bus stop that took us into town. The price made it even better!!!

Isaac is an incredibly helpful host with great recommendations. The view is stunning and the beach is very private - we only ever shared the beach with maybe five other people at the most. The water is clear and gorgeous. There is definitely a shower in the unit - not sure what the other review was confused about. There’s two bathrooms and one has a bath with a shower head and the other is a full standing shower. This is a beach house with a quick walk to the water front - the location is perfect and walkable to groceries and restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Isaac's place is truly amazing! The location couldn't be better. We had direct access to the stunning Cable Beach, where the water is crystal clear. The best part was how serene and private it felt. Additionally, getting around was incredibly convenient as the bus stop was right at the sidewalk/entry, and for just $1.25, you could easily explore the area.
Isaac himself was an incredibly welcoming and accommodating host. He went above and beyond by giving us a ride to a restaurant when he was heading out. We were truly grateful for his thoughtfulness, and it's evident that the safety and wellbeing of his guests are his top priority.

This is the best place to stay in Nassau. The house is the perfect size and it is just steps away from a private beach which is pristinely up-kept. Lonah was extremely helpful and assisted us with everything we knew we needed and even things we didn’t know we needed. Isaac and Arnold were also extremely available and helpful. It is perfectly quiet and the views are spectacular. You are just steps away from great food options and also Bahamar if you’d like to go out at night. If you are looking for a place to stay in Nassau that is a serene escape from tourists//highly populated areas this is the place for you. Could not recommend more!! A slice of paradise.

I would love to have given a 5 star review - the staff, the property, the beach, the location all deserve 5 stars.
The Exuma Suite, however, needs some investments. The good features are - it's size 5 stars, cleanliness 5 stars, bed comfort 4 stars, A/C 4 stars.
The not so great - comfort of couch and chairs 3 stars - low and soft, not much support. TV 2 stars - very tiny (size of a computer monitor). Patio furniture 1 star, falling apart. Shower - 0 stars, shower head leaks, is loose and can't be positioned, very low flow.
If they fixed shower (could be done for less than $200) and replaced patio furniture, it would be an easy 5 stars. Upgrade suite furniture and replace TV with even a 32" screen and it's 5+++++

Our time in this property was short, but great. The unit is few steps away from the white sand beach, with nice beach beds, privacy, away from crowds. The bus stop is right in front of the property, easy to get to downtown and walking distance to shops, restaurants, Baha Mar. The Coco Cay unit size is spacious, comfortable, clean, felt more like a home than a hotel room. We were greeted and taken care of by Lonah, who is very sweet, and wonderful. We run into the hosts at the beach, who were very attentive. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The stay at Blue Ocean village has been fantastic. The location is amazing - right on the beach and which allowed us to sit till late at night listening to music and magical sound of crashing waves. Lonah is extremely helpful and she made sure that we were taken care of very well. Highly recommend the property.

The Cottage on Cable Beach (Royal Cay Unit) was amazing! It was everything and more we had read about before going. It was quiet, comfortable, spacious, clean and all around excellent! The outside fenced patio was perfect for our morning tea and coffee before going to the beach. We felt completely safe at all times.
The beach was literally a 3-minute walk! The beach area was amazing! It was private and, on some days, it was just my wife and I there the whole day. At the most, there were 6 people there. There were plenty of lounge beds and chairs available. And the trees were positioned perfectly so that in the afternoon, there was some shade available if you wanted it.
Snorkeling equipment was included and available to use from the host Isacc. My wife snorkeled right off the beach and was able to see starfish, a sea turtle, and several species of fish. The water was perfect! Clear and clean and warm.
We were able to walk to several restaurants. The longest it took to walk to one was only 10 minutes. The restaurants offered great local food and even burgers and pizza if you wanted.
In less than a 5-minute walk, is a small grocery store (Smitty’s) that offers so many essential items. Including water, milk, bread, lunchmeat, chips, snacks and suntan lotion.
The taxi service that Isaac recommended (Big Momma’s) was great and affordable! She even stopped at the grocery store for us on the way from the airport to our cottage and waited for a small extra charge.
We cannot say enough about the hospitality of Isacc and his associate Lonah. They were both friendly and made sure we were taken care of and were helpful and answered all our questions promptly.
We enjoyed it so much; we have already looked into going back again!

Do not book this place. This booking was something out of a scary movie with flickering lights and all. This apartment which was advertised as a hotel is on the ground floor of a house. I booked this place because it was advertised as a beach front property, IT IS NOT.
You have to walk to the beach, then down some very narrow steps, which appeared to be on someone else's beach front property. The apartment was not up to my standards or code. There are bugs and it is quite dusty. The worse part was not feeling safe, there were multiple men walking by the windows and around the unit the windows could not be entirely closed off with the curtains. It felt unsafe and if the windows were tinted, people on the outside would be able to watch in at night. I stayed here for about 2-3 hours and left after the lights continued to flicker. I requested a refund through Expedia from the owner and was told there is a no refund policy, the owner refuses to even give a partial refund. So I was left no choice but to pay for a 4 night stay at another much safer and cleaner place. Save yourself the money and hassle, just don't book unless your comfortable with these types of accommodations. Make sure to properly look at the pictures as they are all mixed up on purpose to decieve.

I was a solo traveler looking for a quiet beach get away and this was the perfect spot! My cottage was just steps from the beach and they provided large and comfortable loungers. A few times I messaged on WhatsApp to ask a question, and got a response immediately. I will say I struggled to get anywhere out of walking distance, since the public transportation is confusing. But there's enough close by that it was no problem. If you want close access to "things to do" this might not be the best location, but for peace and tranquility you won't find a better option. I will definitely return!
