Here are my PLUS’es and MINUS’es, after a short description. The hotel has two names, Landshark Inn and Coco Plum. Maybe a name change ongoing, but I don’t know which is the old or the new one. Landshark Inn is on a signboard outside, not Coco Plum. We stayed a week in March 2017, booked on airbnb. The place is...

This motel is horrible and filthy! When we pulled up in the shuttle we thought it was a mistake. We were in complete utter shock that this was even an option to vacationers. We didn’t stay and booked two additional hotels within 30 minutes. We wasted money because we couldn’t get a refund from Coco Plum, it was booked through...

After reading the reviews and expecting the worst, it was not that bad. I had an upper floor and was the only person staying in the block of 4 rooms (there are 9 blocks). Hot water was inconsistent, pressure could have been better, but still did the job. Towels were good though I had to wait until they were dried....

I spent some time there back in October. The hotel is terrible. Some of the staff are friendly but the housekeeping staff is not friendly or helpful. The hotel looks like one from the '70s and needs serious upgrades. The pool was filthy and full of algae when I first came. The hot water in the shower goes from scorching...

I stayed my last three nights here hotel staff friendly.room average for low budget. At the pool we were harassed by a lady named dd for having our own drinks and food at the pool. As she claimed she was there to ask guest what the hotel could do to be better. She also offended many of my Bahamian friends...

I stayed a few times at this hotel and for the price it's not bad. It's not a five stare establishment but at least you get your money worth. I asked for fresh towels and had to wait an entire night to get it.

I visited this hotel for NY after an exhausting flight from Havana. We booked the room through Booking.com and when we arrived to the hotel the receiptionist said that she does not have room for us. I thought it is a joke, but she was very unprofessional claiming that she wasnt abe to get in touch with the manger, eating...

We needed a place to stay prior to our flight to one of the Out Islands. Nassau was extremely booked up and the difference between this hotel (a little over $100) and the second mediocre available hotel ($500) was probably slight. Considering a slice of pizza in Nassau is $7, we opted for this short stay knowing we likely wouldn't...

If we had booked more than one night there, I would have changed hotel! First of all they didn't have the two rooms that we booked, with two beds each, but they were helpful to add an extra camping bed in one room. The rooms were not clean at all, the mirror in the bathroom was still covered with toothpaste...
