Checking in was a pleasant experience. Quite unlike visits to Riu in Negrill and Ocho Rios.. On entering my room I kicked of my shoes, only to realize I was standing on a wet carpet. On further investigation we found a drip coming from the a.c. My husband immediately reported the condition and did every day till we checked out....

My husband and I and another couple here went for 3 nights, 4 days. I would say the hotel is perfect for what it is. It's a significantly cheaper option compared to the Atlantis in the same location. You could literally throw a stone and it would reach the Atlantis property. The food was average -- breakfast was fine if...

First time at a RIU and at Paradise Island. Found it comparable to the Melia in Cayo Guillermo Cuba. Location is great for access to the Atlantis and is within walking distance to the Ferry. The guide on the Ferry was very funny and recounted stories of the influence Hollywood Stars had on the local tourist industry. The Straw Market...

Service was atrocious.. I'd say 20% of staff was average.. The other 80% very sub par.. I felt like I was bothering them when i asked for a drink, table, food... The hotel lobby was roasting hot... No air conditioning, the elevators were slow. The drinks were small and weak... And the buffets were horrible, selection and presentation...the room had...

We stayed here to attend a wedding on the property. We had a great time with friends, but were less than thrilled with the hotel. The best I can say is "It was fine." To start, I should say upfront that I am not a fan of all-inclusive resorts. While I understand that guests like the idea of knowing exactly...

My husband (boyfriend at that time) surprised me and brought me here for my 30th birthday! We had a great time! When we checked in to room 1221, there was a bottle of champagne and a chocolate cake for me to start the birthday celebration! The buffet had good food that night! We walked over to Atlantis for gambling, and...

We went there from april 19-22,2012, as we arrived in the airport we were confused where to go because nobody is guiding us. the Lady just told us at the very end but then it was the trip to another hotel. When we arrived in the hotel we have to wait for the room and ends up that the bed...

Upon arrival we were told that the hotel had plumbing problems and we would have to be moved to another hotel. I was not happy since we were traveling with another couple. They promised us that we could return the next day. They told us that we were going to the Atlantis The harbor club. We could use all the...

We recently returned from this beautiful resort, however it was very disappointing to witness that a staff from the Entertainment team (Crazy Keith), had attempted to steal our camera by hiding it in his hands, while we danced and enjoyed the music at the end of the night. Thank goodness that it was witnessed it and he returned it to...

KEEP READING OTHER REVIEWS. OVERBOOKING APPEARS COMMON. We made a reservation In January through Expedia because we wanted to be next to the Atlantis, we confirmed the reservation the night before we left, arrived April 14,2012 and were told the hotel was OVERBOOKED and they were bumping us to Breezes in Nassau. This is a hotel in another town, about...
