Just happened to see the motel from the autoroute. Great value, perfect bed, lots of hotel water. Very helpful receptionist, may have been the owner. Provided really good directions to get to Ottawa without encountering too much traffic.

Stayed here on our way home from our east coast tour. Nice modern and very spacious rooms. The staff are bilingual and very friendly. Beds were nice and comfortable. Restaurant is right next door. Very reasonably priced compared to most other big name motels.

It had all the basics: a clean room, a comfortable bed at a reasonable price ($85). It is very close to the Trans-Canada Highway. There is a pleasant restaurant adjacent to the hotel. If you are on your way, this is a good place to stop for the night. It is not a destination.

Like so many of the other reviewers, we were driving through. Even though it was a Monday night, most hotels were completely booked. We scored a room here and couldn't be happier with the friendly staff and value for the dollar. We also went down to Kamouraska and got some beautiful sunset pictures (as well as a beautiful sunset swim...

As a motorcyclist I always check my daily distances and then look for motels. The Motel de la Montagne is right at 1000kms and the end of a long day on the bike. The front desk manager is awesome! Super good English, great sense of humour and knowledgable. He knew what the toll was for Highway 30 almost 450kms away!...

We stopped here on our way back from the east coast for one night. The service was friendly, the room was basic, but very clean. We drove five minutes into the town of Kamouraska Quebec to view the sunset along the Saint Lawrence and were treated to a beautiful picturesque town. Our next trip east will definitely include a stopover...

JUNE 2015 Every time the wife and I travel to Toronto and back to P.E.I. we make it a habit to stay here. It does not matter what time we get there at the staff is always friendly with us. Its hard to find a place that take pets along the way to and from. The restaurant has great food....

On our way back from NS on a saturday night with no reservation - riviere du loup was completely full but spotted this place thanks to other reviewers and 'near me now' - nice big clean room for just about $100 - and a restaurant w seafood right beside it. Can see it from the highway but think it'll be...

Stayed here twice now at this roadside Motel in April and May 2015. Both times en route from Innisfil, ON to Nova Scotia. This motel by far is not five star but it very clean and affordable. I traveled here with my mother who thought it was very clean - and she is very very particular about not staying in...

We were looking for a place to spend the night on our way home from Barrie, Ontario, and this fit the bill. It's just off the highway so the convenience of its location was what brought us here. It was late when we stopped so there was no-one in the office but someone showed up within a minute of our...
