If you are in Freeport Bahamas for pleasure/vacation dont stay here. The hotel is old, and far from everything on the island. and very poor internet connection. The restaurant does serve food, but that is all, well you can also get a beer to drown your poor choice of hotel selection. But one positive thing, the staff is excellent, happy...

I have stayed here at this hotel a few times. It's about ten minutes to the airport, and ten minutes to downtown. The rooms and hotel are ok, but dated. Things are wearing out and looking it. If this is a vacation for you, pay the extra 20-30 dollars a night and stay at one of the hotels in downtown...

I have being coming to this hotel for the past 3 years due to its locality to my client. On this trip things have gotten worse service wise. I have been experiencing difficultly with the internet. I was unable to access my emails for two days from Yahoo and Lycos. This was corrected. However I have not been able to...

I usually stay at Castaways. It's functional and reasonable, that's really all that can be said. Breakfast is pretty good in the restaurant and the waitress, who seems to be quite new, was excellent, very helpful and attentive. It is not a luxury place, but you get what you pay for

Here is your 1st hint on what kind of "resort" this is. Our Sunwing flight was cancelled putting out 200+ people and low and behold this place had enough rooms available to accommodate all of us. So that should tell you something right there. The place was empty and empty for a reason. This place has bugs everywhere. The 1st...

We were relocated to this hotel after our flight was cancelled. It was a large group of us and at least 5 people came back into the lobby after getting their room keys and either had photos/video of bugs lining the mattresses/boxed springs, or actual bugs they found in their rooms. Cockroaches and bed bugs infest this hotel. The maid...

Dated rooms with nylon everywhere. Too much chintz for me. Food was diabolical. HOW do you achieve a well done steak at one end and blue at the other. Didn't bother with breakfast and found a really good chicken shack on E Sunrise Hwy next to the gas station. Not a pleasant experience. Right on highway with very poor soundproofing.

This hotel is quite reasonable. there is a small shopping plaza next door for picking up snacks. Breakfast has to be purchased from the Pelican Restaurant located on the hotel property. There are fast food restaurants located in walking distance such as Pollo Tropical and Burger King.

I stayed here on a business tour for one night. It was a nice and clean resort. People were humble and nice. Only thing they do not have a restaurant service all day. Just had breakfast, no lunch also. Wi-Fi speed is good but you have to get to the lobby for that.

Stayed here for about 4 days before moving onto another hotel. Staff were great other than that this place is terrible. No air con, poor bathroom could barely move inside, lots of outside noise all in all this place needs a major update.
