Our room had a door on one side and a sliding glass door on the opposite for cool breezes blowing through. the rooms were roomy and had a nice deck with a view of the canals. A restaurant is on site that is adequate, and a bar with reasonable prices. The concierge, is knowledgeable and thorough, striving to save you...

I stayed 5 nights in room B5 (double, used as a single). The room was really clean and big with all comforts: freezer, big screen TV, A/C, a nice terrace with the view of the marina. Every day the towels were changed. The personnel was very kind and helpful. The lady who sits in front of the reception helped me...

We have just spent a fortnight with Bell Channel. We picked it originally because it is linked with Dive Caribbean and we wanted to dive every day. They didn't let us down, even when other operators didn't go out. We couldn't have got a better place, the team were all really friendly and Genie on hand at the front desk...

The Bell Channel Inn overlooks the Bell Channel harbor. The rooms are large enough and clean. The room had an overpowering small of chlorine-based cleaning products. We tried leaving the doors open, but it never dissipated. Their restaurant was just slightly above average. There were no fresh fruits or vegetables on the menu, and most menu items were fried. The...

Loved this hotel! It's small but verrrrrry personable. Everyone makes you feel welcome--from the events lady to Adom at check-in to our cleaning lady SaraLee (I called her Miss Cake) to the bartenders at the hotel restaurant. Location is good: across Bell Channel from Port Lucaya Marketplace that has restaurants, bars, and entertainment that are an easy 6 block walk....

We spent 5 nights at Bell Channel over the New Year's Eve holiday. Now, let's be clear with one thing: the island is recovering veeeeery slowly from the huge damage of the hurricane. Why "veeeery" and not just "slowly" (or "fast")? I guess it's a Bahamian thing... The hotel is not 5 stars quality (it doesn't claim it, anyway) but...

We are a family that stayed at Bell Channel over the holidays. Genie was so wonderful and was able to provide us with great recommendations for activities and restaurants! All of the staff were very warm and inviting. This is how service should be everywhere! We highly recommend!!

We stayed here on a dive trip and was pleasantly surprised. Everything we had was excellent, all week! Servers are the best, the bar is great as well. It's a local hangout for a reason, family owned and the care for guests really shows. Highly recommended.

Lovely family run hotel. Stayed there recently after hurricane matthew and couldn't have been treated better. They certainly knew how to help two damsels in distress!! Lovely bar upstairs whereby locals and tourists both sit having cold beers (by candle light due to the hurricane). Extremely helpful...even drove us to the airports.
