We cannot say enough about how perfect his property is. We traveled with a family of 24 (6 months to 50+ years old). With 12 well equipped, clean private rooms everyone had their own space. And when we wanted to hang out we had the main house with plenty of room for food, drinks, games and dancing.
The beach and 100+ yards out of shallow crystal blue water is where we spent most our time. It was perfect for hanging out, snorkeling and for the kids of all ages.
The property itself was only surpassed by the friendly and efficient staff. They knew what we needed before we even asked. The were hard working and so sweet all the time. The rooms were kept clean, the property well maintained and they even did our wash for us.
We hired Zev and his team to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner each day and they knocked it out of the park. We were spoiled with fresh, amazing food all week (and no dishes!)
Notes: The trip there from Maryland (and dealing with current Covid requirements) was a little difficult but so worth the effort. All of us needed to get tested before returning to the US. We opted to save money and instead of having someone come to resort, we drove to the Family Medicine Clinic it Rock Sound. The process there was easy. Make sure to purchase the testing vouchers on the Bahamas Health Visa website (Only $25 on the site, $50 if you pay when you arrive). We all had our results within 15 minutes.
In general, food on the island is pricey and alcohol is "cheaper than water". Best decision we made was to hire a caterer. We took care of the drinks on our own.
If you're flying Silver Airways, wear shorts. Flight was pretty hot . Also allow plenty of time for the layover on the way back. We literally had to run through FLL because Silver lets you off as far from United as possible for customs. We had to run from Terminal 4 to Terminal 1, recheck all bags and go through security again.

We had a group of six families that just returned from Cocodimama. Everything about the stay exceeded our expectations! We had to reschedule 3 times due to Covid restrictions. Matt (rental manager) and Sean (the owner) were great and helped us work through every detail. Annie L., the onsite manager, was so sweet, helpful and always available. She managed the cleaning and maintenance staff which did an amazing job! Our villas were cleaned to perfection everyday. The grounds staff were on property every morning keeping the beaches/property clean and beautiful. They built beach bonfires a couple of nights that everyone enjoyed. We hired Annie C. to cook for us and everything she prepared was delicious! We started the trip with her cooking dinner and by the end of the week, she was cooking almost all meals for us. She shopped before our trip and made trips to the store during our stay. It made for a much more relaxing and pleasant vacation. I can't say enough about the entire staff! We look forward to returning to Cocodimama.

Had a group of 14 stay here and it was amazing. The staff is SO nice! Annie the manager completely took care of us and i highly suggest hiring Annie the cook if you can. She makes great home cooked meals. They had a beach bonfire for us one night that the whole cove enjoyed! We stayed for a whole week and we have no complaints. Can't wait to go back!

We just had a fantastic weekend stay at Cocodimama! Their team is so friendly and kind, Annie was so welcoming and took very good care of us. This was truly a trip of a lifetime. Pristine beaches, with your own very private location and a general meeting "lodge" area for meals and hanging out inside. We had caterers come in and utilize the very large commercial kitchen while we had the chance to hang out in our own palm tree covered cabana-like destination, steps from our room. The little buildings, all colorfully chosen palettes against the blue-green waters were truly magical. Simple in elegance, with giant showers, fans and air conditioning in these two-story buildings, only three beside the actual resort hotel. The waters are eternally calm, abounding with saltwater creatures! Stingrays, come to find out are rather curious creatures and follow you! Starfish for us to hold and then gently place back into the clear waters. Jumping fish, schools of them at sunset, what a sight to behold. And the SUNSETS!!!! This is really what paradise means.

Cocodimama is quite simply a magical place. The pictures are great but do not really paint the entire masterpiece this place truly is. Our group of 14 experienced one the best vacations of our lives. We are all in our 50s and came to Eleuthera to reconnect. The property has 3 colorful buildings housing 12 individual rooms. There is one main building for gathering. This gave each member of our group the ability to be on their own when they wanted. The rooms are spacious and spotless with very comfortable beds. Loved the great water pressure in the shower. The beach is so fantastic words cannot properly describe it. Every hue of Blue can be seen during the day and the sand is as soft as silk. You can walk into the ocean for 50 yards and the water is only up to your waist. One day 3 of us snorkeled out 150 yards directly in front of the resort and encountered a pod of Dolphins which swam right up to us. Comfortable beach chairs and individual Palupas line the beach offering ample room to relax, talk, or read a book. Every night we would have dinner together at a large table and then move out to the spacious deck to watch the sun dissolve into the ocean. We hired Annie Culmer as our cook, who created the most amazing meals in the attached industrial sized kitchen. Her ability to create 6 separate dinners for 14, which were incredibly diverse & delicious, really made our evenings special. After the sun dropped down the stars took over in a fashion which is rarely experienced and we would celebrate life while talking, listening to music, and dancing on the expansive deck. The onsite crew, run by Annie (different Annie) and Miss Maddie, tended to our rooms and the overall property everyday making sure we were comfortable and happy. From the first email to the après vacation follow up the communication from the owner was both responsive and professional. If you have a large group, then renting this property would be the best decision you could possibly make.

This beach was right past governors harbor airport on the right hand side of the road, it looks like swamp and marsh out front but once you travel down the road it's unbelievable what you see. The beach was long, white, and with turquoise blue water . We found a place to park right behind where we set up our towels and gear. There were so rocks to snorkel around, with very live coral. We came across schools of baby sharks in ankle deep water, very harmless , very cool.
